Once you unlock this skill, everything becomes easier. Embracing the mindset of not caring about public humiliation or what others think can be incredibly liberating. When you shed the fear of judgment and ridicule, you're no longer attached to the expectations and opinions that often hold people back. This freedom allows you to take bold risks, pursue ambitious goals, and stand firm in your convictions. Unfazed by external criticism, you become more authentic, creative, and resilient. Ultimately, this mindset unlocks self-assurance rather than seeking validation from others. Know who you are (you have to be very self-critical) and don't let anyone else change your opinion of yourself.

When I look around the gym, I get terrified. Only 10% of people know how to workout, 80% of people don't and 10% are just injuring themselves. Get a coach for at least 3 months (a good one because half of them should be put to gym jail). Learn the fundamentals, be curious, ask questions and then keep educating yourself by watching coaches who base their training on science backed principles (for example Mike Israetel).

I'm not very vocal about it, but I've never tasted alcohol in my life. Never taken drugs, tobacco, or anything that would significantly alter my mental state. Contrary to what some might think, abstaining has never been difficult for me. Yes, there are some idiots who don't understand or respect the concept, but you don't need them in your life anyway. Everyone else gets and respects it, and the amount of effectiveness, efficiency, productivity, and happiness that sobriety has brought me is probably one of the highest ROI activities in my life, not to mention the positive effects on both mental and physical health. I'm happy to see the younger generation drinking less and less. Shout out to my friend James who mentioned this on a podcast.

This is the only graph you need to learn. YOU NEED TO LEARN IT. I don't think there's a "key to success" but if there is...has to be this. LEARN THIS GRAPH AND USE IT IN YOUR LIFE. And whatever happens, don't find yourself in the middle of the curve.

7.2m views in 24 hours lol Every time I had something go viral there's always a bunch of idiots that come out with the most silly comments. There are over 3000 comments fighting about why this happened. Most of them say that it's a punishment from God... Do not go with the herd. Resist anything mainstream

Sunday ritual: - A 60 minute weight training session ✅ - A 4 hour sauna/ice bath session with the boys ✅ - 30 minutes of reading before bed ✅ - Watering down 400mg of L-Theanine, 3g of Glycine, 500mg of GABA ✅ Sunday night is the most important night of the week. P.S. I hate what I’m becoming with this biohacking addiction but hey…A warrior doesn't choose the path. The path chooses the warrior.

Here’s a simple equation: 100% of beautiful women want a high value man. 90% of beautiful women can’t handle all the stress that comes with having a high value man. Therefore they settle for a low value man which leads to unhappiness. BTW, the equation works both ways.

You can tell that there's a crypto week in Dubai incoming. Bull market changes everything. Most unfortunately it changes people. Puts on steroids whatever the personality they have.

You might recognize me from Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, or perhaps we've met in person. I'm most passionate about communicating in real life and have been searching for a platform where I can share my thoughts freely, without any taboos, censorship, or constraints imposed by the platform. I’ve tried everything: Instagram is for abs, LinkedIn is for underachieved middle-tier managers, Twitter is for virgins and Facebook is for the ones that can’t get it up anymore. I've believe that Telegram allows us to be our authentic self, offering an unfiltered connection and minimal delay between my thoughts and your perception. Join me as I delve into my philosophy on business, fitness, markets, crypto, and life in general. My reflections can be as vast and vibrant as the blue ocean or as dark and thoughtful as a glass of homemade whiskey. Join the channel and plug into my brain.
