250518 || #JUNHAN BUBBLE UPDATE 🐰 i had yellow croaker for dinner and thought of something 🐰do you know the difference between a longneck croaker and a bobo croaker 🐰it's one of the things i was stubborn about when i was really young 🐰there are two types of croakers you can commonly eat 🐰the common yellow croaker we see is the longneck croaker 🐰 i don't really like bobo croakers 🐰so even though they're similar 🐰 i always insisted that we had to eat the longneck croaker whenever we went to the mart 🐰 i just suddenly remembered that ㅋㅋ 🐰you're right, the bobo croaker is a bit more pointy 🐰taste.. and texture are different i think 🐰the yellow croaker we commonly know 🐰is the longneck croaker 👤 are you good at deboning fish? 🐰ㄴ i learned from sikgae, so i'm really good at deboning fish 🐰wait not sikgae, i meant sikgaek (t/n: a manhwa) 🐰 i tried fish's eye once and it's like beans 🐰uhm.. do i have to? kind of feeling 🐰i don't eat it ㅋㅋ 🐰ah and there's a saying 어두육미, so i don't think.. it's the eye.. **어두육미 (魚頭肉尾) means fish meat is more delicious towards the head, but animal meat is more delicious towards the tail 🐰there's the cheek fat on the head 🐰it's very chewy 🐰that's delicious! 🐰oh i'm searching it up 🐰and i had the wrong information on croakers 🐰hold on 🐰yellow croakers 🐰and longneck croakers are different fish 🐰they look similar though 🐰then it's the mart's fault 🐰they put the longneck croaker label on the yellow croaker 🐰judging from how it looks 🐰 i think i like the yellow croaker 🐰what 🐰they labelled a cheap fish as an expensive fish 🐰ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 🐰and it's not even a yellow croaker 🐰let me change it 🐰i like regular yellow croaker🐰ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 🐈‍⬛ // @XDINARYUPDATE
