Your support and trust meant everything to us, and we won't forget it. We are tremendously grateful to all of you who participated in our journey. This is the end of Flagship. Flagship Is Winding Down Dear Flagshippers, This is the message we hoped we'd never have to write: we have made the difficult decision to wind down Flagship. After four years of hard work and careful consideration, we have concluded that operations and business activity can no longer be sustained. We have given it our everything, but it wasn’t enough. First, the part that matters most: your assets are safe and recoverable. If your assets are in your non-custodial Flagship wallet or staked in $FYI, you can get your tokens out, and the steps are right below. Please read them and act on them. Then, an overview of why exactly we’re winding down, and what we’ve accomplished over the past years. How to recover your funds and tokens Assets in the Flagship app can be in one of two places: your wallet, or the $FYI staking contract. Here is how to get access to both.

Your wallet and funds. Go to agents.flagship.fyi. When you log in, you won't see your balances or portfolio, and that's expected. Your assets aren't gone, they're in your wallet. Export your private key and import it into any wallet such as Zerion (supports all EVM chains + Solana), MetaMask or Rabby. That restores access to your own wallet and everything in it.

Your staked $FYI. On the same page, click Unstake. You receive your staked principal back, regardless of your original lock period. Note that only your staked principal is recoverable. Any unclaimed staking rewards and any unclaimed Airdrip rewards can no longer be claimed.

Timeline. The original Flagship app is now inactive. The recovery page stays up until September 12th 2026, so you have time. Don't wait. Recover your funds now, while it's in front of you. If you hit any trouble, reach us in our Telegram or Discord.

Why we're winding down Simply put, we didn't find product-market fit in time. We built and shipped the full product, but didn’t reach the traction and sustained usage we required to become self-sustaining. We needed the product to generate enough revenue to cover our monthly bills for hosting, APIs, key software and our last remaining engineer, but after a strong launch week, we never got close to the required daily trading volumes again. This decision has been incredibly difficult for us, as we have put in our hearts and souls into building Flagship over the years. The leadership team has even poured in significant personal capital and gone without any compensation for well over a year to keep things going. We’ve reached the end of what we and the organization can carry. The passion is still there, but unfortunately, the runway isn’t. What we built While we are pretty devastated by this outcome, we do walk away proud of what we’ve built. Over these past four years, over 30 people from 12 different countries have helped build Flagship. Here’s an overview of what has been launched since we started:

- 2022: The Outposts, a crypto blog that reached millions of readers. - 2022: The Navigator, a crypto data aggregator. - 2022 - 2023: The Intelligence Network, a 14-person analyst team (Captains) publishing sector-specific insights. - 2022 - 2023: A Vaults app in private beta, covering four onchain ecosystems. - 2024: Multiple Telegram MiniApp crypto games, over 1,000,000 combined signups. - 2025: Proprietary trading algorithm trained on 1m+ daily messages, tracking over 8.5k assets. - 2025: Free market-signals app powered by four agents and the algorithm. - 2025: $FYI utility token launch, 5,736 token holders - 2025: Agent Staking, with 65% of circulating $FYI staked at the peak. - 2025: Flagship Pro for $FYI stakers. - 2025: Copy-trading product in private beta. - 2025-2026: Cross-chain execution layer connected to all leading blockchains, powering Omniswap. A wallet with full account abstraction and social login.
