Phase A — RocksDB WriteBatch (atomic flush per block)
Phase B — Sealevel-style parallel tx execution
Phase C — TPU inter-block pipeline (sig verify overlaps state execution)
Results: 92.2k TPS peak · 5.9× vs baseline
The pipeline alone adds 2.8× by hiding Ed25519 sig verify latency behind state execution of the previous block.
