Finding Real Web3 Jobs in a Space Full of Scams 🪙
When I first entered Web3 I thought the only way to make money was through trading, NFTs, or airdrops. After spending more time in the space I realized there are many other opportunities available.
Some of the most common Web3 roles include:
. Community Moderator
. Community Manager
. Ambassador
. Content Creator
. Social Media Contributor
The biggest challenge isnot finding jobs. It is finding legitimate ones.
Many projects launch ambassador programs but not all of them deliver rewards. Some have unclear requirements inactive teams or disappear before contributors get paid. Thats why research is important before joining any opportunity.
A few things I look for:
. Active team and community
. Clear reward structure
. Consistent project updates
. Positive feedback from contributors
. Longterm project vision
