2024 is about to end in several hours.. time flies, doesn't it?
A lot of things happened during these 365 days, I couldn't fulfill all of the resolutions I set out during this year but there were a lot of progress along the way which shaped me to be a better version of myself and I'm very pleased with that. We fail, we learn, grow and continue.
With that said, I want you, a person who is reading this, I want your 2025 to be filled with joy, love and most importantly achievements in the resolutions you make!
SEE YOU AT THE NEXT YEAR STATION!

Surround yourself with compounders.
Compounders are people who focus on compounding knowledge, health, wealth, and deep relationships over decades.
These friends are hard to find, but invaluable when you do.
They will force you to level up your game. Conversations with these individuals are higher quality. Their success will inspire you to accomplish more. And you will get the added benefit of learning from your successful friends' wins and losses along the way.

Value - the more you create and bring to the table, the more you will be rewarded. It's as simple as that. That's one of the main reasons why you are here. You might be learning or have learned something new from these (sometimes silly) reflections I make, and you may apply it in your own life, which means I'm bringing some kind of value to you. If this was about some sort of nonsense, you wouldn't hesitate to leave.
Professional doctors, for example, get paid more than taxi drivers, mostly because they are saving lives in critical moments, while a taxi driver's job is to get you from destination A to B. Simply put, you yourself would pay more if it's about your health and life than getting from one destination to another. How you value both of these matters.
So, how can you yourself bring value to others? To humanity in general? It's simple: learn, analyze, be authentic, just be yourself, share what you've learned with others, and most importantly, be kind and honest :)

In a world where most interests are driven by materialism not sustainability, and the consequences of those interests are neglected, you feel so disgusted by our species. It makes you no longer want to be part of this system; you want to get off the train of this world onto another station.

Suppose that there was a new country named A, it opened its first bank and issued $100, which means only that amount of money is in circulation within the country. Government puts that money into bank with 10% annual interest rate, and somehow you wanted to open your business and went to that bank and took a loan with 15% interest for 100$, which means you have to return $115 to the government in a year, but wait... isn't there only $100 in circulation? Where do you take that money from? Simple, government issues another $100 to circulation and someone takes that as a loan and has to pay for your business that extra $15, just for you to be able to return that loan. Which means.. it is a never ending loop, the more money government prints the more debt its citizen will have and thus the more freaking inflation.
Thus, this capitalistic system that we use is unstable and will definitely crash one day.

If actions you take are based on external disruptions then you are not the one who is pulling the strings, you are just a passenger in your own car.

Perfectionism, striving to be perfect at everything... that's a mistake I made in the past, there's no perfect system (Tron Legacy), and it is indeed cliche at this point to pinpoint small steps and consistency are keys to succeed instead of waiting for everything to be perfect. The main lesson I recently learned was shifting the mindset towards the things you do. Instead of "I should do this and that thing" and ending up procrastinating, you can actually do anything you want (that is the main shift in mindset) but with a caveat of being able to distinguish which activities make you feel good after you finish them from the ones that drain you and make you feel like you are wasting your time.

You are your own worst enemy. You waste precious time dreaming of the future instead of engaging in the present. Since nothing seems urgent to you, you are only half involved in what you do. The only way to change is through action and outside pressure.Robert Greene.
