Repost from JACOB WOHL
Sadly, what James O’Keefe and Cam Higby are going to suffer right now is very bad.
I’ve been through all of it before, in Michigan and Ohio, so let me lay it out.
There’s been a bench warrant issued, I’m sure. If they can manage to get 2 Minneapolis lawyers quickly enough, which will be very tough, because many will fear reprisals for representing them, they can hopefully negotiate a self-surrender date, rather than going through extradition, which could leave them in custody for days or weeks.
The lawyers will only cost them a few hundred thousand dollars if they shop around well.
They will get bail, but a condition of their bail will be suspension of their normal activities and occupation. And possibly even more draconian gag orders.
In the meantime, Minnesota prosecutors are going to get broad search warrants for everything they’ve ever done, and share all of that material broadly throughout the Democrat Prosecutor community in other jurisdictions. This could very well lead to further prosecutions or civil lawsuits.
They will, as one should, kick out proceedings as long as possible. But facing the possibility of a Somali/Libtard Minneapolis Jury, and a sentence of 10 years in a Minnesota state prison, they will eventually be forced to plead to some kind of felony charge, despite never breaking the law, and they’ll be sentenced to 1 or 2 years of intensive probation and a fine. This probation will involve regular local drug testing and it will prevent them from the necessary and routine travels. It will also mean that they will have no right to refuse search of seizure during the term of their probation, nor will they be able to do any of the undercover journalism that they’ve become famous for.
And then, finally, perhaps 5 or 6 or 7 years, and several million dollars in cash and lost opportunities later, the nightmare will be over. If they do really well on the plea deal, they may even be able to eventually get an automatic expungement or reduction of charges, such that they can eventually get back their full rights as citizens.
And no, President Trump will not be able to pardon them, unfortunately.
I was extremely lucky to end up with a very reasonable Judge in Michigan, who seriously impinged on AG’s terror campaign. I am forever grateful for her professionalism in the face of all the political and media pressure. Otherwise, I might be in prison as we speak.

James O’Keefe was charged with felonies in Minnesota before Ihan Omar.
