We are currently looking for professional candidates of below position:
HR COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR
REQUIREMENTS:
● Bachelor Degree in Law.
● Min. 5 - 7 years of work experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, or corporate law in EPCI industry.
● Proficient in drafting HR policies, procedures, and other regulatory documents using legal drafting principles.
● Have a thorough understanding of applicable laws and government regulations related to labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
● Having experience in implementing Employee engagement programs and company-wide programs
● Having experience in conducting and identifying HR Internal Audit
● Having experience in managing Employee disciplinary process in compliance with company regulation and applicable labor law
● Familiar with ABMS and IMS audit for ISO.
● Advance in Ms. Office (especially in Ms. Excel, MS. Word, MS. PowerPoint).
● Good communication and strong analytical skills.
● Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.
● Able to join immediately.
● Domiciled in Jabodetabek.

This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee administration, recruitment support, HR documentation, and ensuring effective implementation of HR policies across the Group.
▶️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee administration.
- Maintain and update employee master data and personnel files.
- Manage employment contracts, HR documentation, and contract monitoring.
- Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Handle employee attendance, leave, BPJS administration, and other HR-related matters.
- Support monthly payroll preparation and HR data validation.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and HR dashboards.
- Support performance management and employee development activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Support employee relations and handle first-level employee inquiries.
- Coordinate HR-related matters with other departments, including Crewing, P3MI, Finance, and Operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and administrative efficiency.
- Experience in any of the following industries will be an advantage:

1. HSE Leader
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HSE Leader.
- Previous experience in a footwear manufacturing company (preferably supplying international brands e.g., Nike, New Balance, ASICS, etc.).
- AK3U Certification is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Strong understanding of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and compliance/audit standards (SMETA, Higg FEM, Higg FDM, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
2. HSE Staff
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Safety Officer or HSE Staff.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Possess HSE-related certifications (e.g., AK3U or other relevant certifications) is an advantage.
- Able to work effectively in both field and office environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to learn and adapt to company HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
3. HR Generalist
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field
- Minimum 1 years of experience as an HR Generalist (preferably in manufacturing industry).
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Solid understanding of Payroll
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for HR data processing and reporting.
4. HR Administration
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR/Personnel Administration (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Good communication skills in English (at least working knowledge/intermediate).
- Experienced in managing employee data, attendance tracking, Overtime, Leave administration.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate formulas).
- Detail-oriented, neat, honest, and highly organized.
