Mindset is everything. Which mindset are you choosing today, GROWTH 👍 or FIXED 👎?

Yesterday, I asked the question: “Do you think an entrepreneur and a CEO is the same thing?” In my view, there are 5 fundamental differences that set their mindset apart: 1. Time: • Entrepreneur: Thinks in terms of leveraging team efforts, "By hiring 5 people, I effectively have 60 hours of work capacity in a day." • CEO: Thinks in terms of personal time, often constrained to a typical workday, "I have 12 hours in my workday." 2. Innovation: • Entrepreneur: Focuses on innovation and creating new products or services. They are often the visionaries who disrupt markets. • CEO: Concentrates on managing and optimizing existing products, services, and operations to ensure steady growth and profitability. 3. Decision-Making Style: • Entrepreneur: Often makes quick, gut-feel decisions to capitalize on immediate opportunities. • CEO: Prefers data-driven, strategic decision-making, emphasizing long-term planning and risk management. 4. Skill Set: • Entrepreneur: Requires a broad skill set, including creativity, salesmanship, and resilience to handle multiple roles. • CEO: Requires specialized skills in leadership, operations, finance, and stakeholder management. 5. Focus on Growth: • Entrepreneur: Primarily focused on rapid growth and market entry, even if it means sacrificing short-term profits. • CEO: Aims for sustainable growth, balancing short-term performance with long-term strategic goals.
