| 14 | DSSSB Combine Exam Candidates – Essential Update 📢
Bhaiyon aur behno, bahut se candidates ke DMs aa rahe the ki hum exact kis-kis post ke liye case file kar rahe hain. Is clear-cut update ko dhyan se padh lijiye taaki aapko saari baat samajh aa jaye:
1. Hum kis-kis post ke liye case kar rahe hain?
Hum SIRF COMBINE POSTS ke liye case kar rahe hain jinka Final Result abhi tak nahi aaya hai. Abhi tak humne target 3 main posts set ki hain:
LDC
MTS
PRT
2. NTT ko isme shamil kyu nahi kiya gaya?
NTT ka final result is week aane wala hai, isliye isko is legal process me shamil nahi kiya gaya hai.
3. Single Department Posts ke liye case kyu nahi hai?
Single department wali posts me already Waiting List aur Reserve Panel ka provision hota hai, isliye unme koi dikkat nahi hai.
Humara case sirf un Combine Posts ke liye hai jinke rule me na toh waiting list aati hai aur na hi koi reserve panel banta hai.
4. Humari Main Demand (Case ka Main Mudda) kya hai?
Case sirf aur sirf ek hi major reform ke liye hai: "Scrutiny / Document Verification Before Final Result".
Chahe ye Document Scrutiny DSSSB khud kare ya User Department se karwaye, lekin Final Result se pehle honi chahiye taaki seats waste na hon aur deserving candidates ko mauka mile.

| 15 | 1. Present Recruitment Process (Post-2022 Flow)
Tier-1 Exam & E-Dossier Cutoff: DSSSB conducts the written examination and declares the e-dossier cutoff, shortlisting candidates (typically ~2x of advertised vacancies) to upload their credentials on the OARS portal.
No Pre-Result Scrutiny (Since July 2022 Resolution): Differing from the pre-2022 procedure where DSSSB verified documents prior to declaring final results, DSSSB currently skips e-dossier scrutiny and issues a Final Result List equal to the exact number of advertised seats based solely on exam marks.
Post-Nomination Scrutiny: Scrutiny is shifted to individual User Departments (e.g., Directorate of Education, Municipal Corporation of Delhi) after receiving final candidate nomination files.
2. Core Operational & Legal Issues
Combined Vacancies & Seat Wastage: Multiple departments participate under single/combined advertisements (PRT, LDC, MTS). When User Departments conduct physical Document Verification (DV) post-final result, candidates with non-matching RRs, invalid certificates, or incorrect qualifications face rejection.
Non-Operational / Absent Waiting Panel: Because post-DV rejections occur after final nomination and no active, automatic reserve list backfills these specific rejections, the rejected seats lapse and are carried forward to future recruitment cycles.
Irreparable Loss to Aspirants: Candidates at their upper age limit lose their final attempt despite qualifying on exam merit, while public vacancies remain unfulfilled.
3. Proposed Core Demands / Solution Framework
Pre-Result Document Scrutiny: Revert to pre-2022 procedure or direct DSSSB / User Departments to complete physical/e-dossier DV prior to publishing the Final Result, ensuring only fully eligible candidates enter the final nomination list. | 11 426 |
