Gold is currently trading below the 5160–5180 supply zone, showing short-term bearish pressure. From an SMC perspective, price may continue moving lower to seek liquidity.
The next key area is the 4990–4960 demand zone, where sell-side liquidity could be targeted. This zone may attract buyers and create a reaction if demand appears.
If buyers fail to show strong interest there, price may extend further down as the market continues searching for liquidity.
A sustained move above 5160–5180 would invalidate this bearish outlook and indicate a possible shift in market structure.
