That’s false. You cannot eliminate losses in trading. No one can. But what you can do is learn how to win despite them. Let’s be real, trading is a game of probability. Outcomes can swing both positive and negative. That’s the nature of probability. But here’s the good news: when you have an edge, the possibility of consistent gains starts compounding in your favor. It’s not about always being right❌ It’s about playing the numbers smartly✅ That’s where the concept of RR (Risk-to-Reward ratio) becomes insane. Most profitable traders don’t win every trade. In fact, many lose more trades than they win. But they play the RR game. Let me break it down for you: Let’s say you risk 1R to make 5R. Even if you lose 4 out of 5 trades - which is a 20% win rate that one win gives you 5R and covers all the 4 losses (1R x 4 = 4R)… …and you still walk away with +1R profit. That’s already powerful. Now expand that same logic to 10 trades; Even if you win just 3 out of 10, you're making 15R in gains and losing 7R. That’s still +8R in profit, with a 30% win rate. Wild, right? Here’s a Quick one for your study tonight - When price expands in one direction, it establishes the market’s intent. - If a retracement happens inside that range without violating the key levels, the structure is still intact and the intent is to continue in the state of the expansion ✔️After a CISD (Change in State of Delivery), price is highly likely to continue in the direction of the expansion. ; Expansion → retracement → CISD → continuation. Don’t delete it. ▫️Quality Over Quantity – 1–2 solid trades a week can outshine 20 random ones. ▫️Journal Everything – Wins, losses, screenshots. Without data, you’ll repeat mistakes. ▫️Don’t Trade Your Emotions – Revenge trading, greed, and FOMO are silent account killers. ▫️Study the Market Daily – Even on days you don’t trade, read the charts. I was in a constant loop of taking profits earlier than my designated take profit, So I totally understand how difficult it is to come out of If you’re struggling with taking profits too early and holding losses in hopes of a reversal, - this one is for you; ⬇️ ▫️Learn to Target Objectively, Not Emotionally. Anchor your exits on liquidity levels, old highs/lows, and clear market draws. Stop guessing. Let the market show you where it intends to go and let it go there. ▫️Detach from Unrealistic Reversals‼️ A loss doesn’t need saving, it needs cutting. Waiting for the market to “come back” is hope trading, and hope is the fastest way to bleed an account dry. ▫️Place Stops at Invalidating Levels. Your stop-loss should sit where the setup is no longer valid, not where your emotions feel comfortable and your greed satisfied. ▫️Define Your Loss Before You Enter. Your stop-loss should be calculated and final. If you find yourself dragging it lower, you’re trading your emotions, not your system. Most traders take profit too fast because they fear losing it, but hold losses too long because they hope it turns. Reverse that mindset: let winners breathe, and cut losers fast through a technical approach And you’d thank yourself forever📈 Because your trading income would be 10x higher than you’re used to rn
