Highlights:
• Baikal kernel: Google's GKI 6.1 rebuilt from source
• Root built in (BakaSU), no need to patch boot
• Kernel-level filesystem filter hides root and ROM traces from selected apps
• Google apps built in, don't flash GApps
Root:
• Install the BakaSU manager (nightly, matches the built-in kernel): BakaSU-Manager
• Unzip it and install the APK. Each build has a random app name, that's normal
Notes:
• Coming from the previous public build: dirty flash works
• Coming from another ROM: clean flash (flash boot, vendor_boot and dtbo, format data in recovery, then sideload the ZIP)
• After updating, re-pick your per-app Block/Hide choices (they worked in reverse before)
• Tested on Pixel 6 Pro. Pixel 6 and 6a haven't been tested with the Baikal kernel yet, feedback welcome
Known issue:
Play Integrity passes BASIC only right now. Still checking whether the cause is on Google's side or in the ROM

- Hadith library: 3,574 hadiths in 493 topics, fully offline. Search, bookmark, filter by source and narrator, and read in many languages. Move to the next or previous hadith in a topic, and copy any section with one tap.
- Backup & Restore: save your settings, prayer log, tasbeeh counts, custom dhikr, saved locations and favorites to one file, then restore it on another phone. You can protect it with a password, and include downloaded Quran pages and adhan sounds. The file never leaves your phone unless you move it.
- 5 new app languages: French, Turkish, Urdu, Indonesian and Persian, with a new Language screen in Settings. On first launch, the app now follows your phone's language.
- Set location by coordinates: type latitude and longitude by hand. Arabic and Persian digits work, and the place name is found for you.
- Mushaf reader: new immersive header, long-press an ayah to select it, and better controls in landscape.
- App shortcuts for Hadith and the Azkar pages.
- Country flag emoji next to your location name on the location details page.
⚡Improved:
- Smoother navigation, with back animations that follow your swipe.
- Redesigned donation and InstaPay dialogs.
- Rotating status emblem on the mosque screen cards.
- Soft shadow on the moon drawing.
- Location names now show Palestine 🇵🇸❤️ instead of I**rael (This is not a country, so we don't need it in our app anyway).
🔧Fixed:
- Prayer times sometimes showed old saved values. You can now refresh them and see their status.
- The adhan full-screen page did not open on Android 15 and newer.
- Old pre-prayer reminders stayed in the notification bar. They now clear on their own.
- Mushaf pages were placed slightly wrong, and taps could select the wrong ayah.
- Azkar action buttons overflowed on small screens.
- The map flashed when opening the mosque screen, and the location there was not always up to date.
