Date: 25/06/2024 Dear Parents: When you come to the school to register your children, make sure you meet the requirements below. For existing students: (From L.K.G- 8th Grade )    🔹Bring two student ID photographs with full name and class level in 2024/25 written on the back.    🔹For the first quarter of 2024/25 GC, pay 10,000 birr and registration fee 1000 birr, totalling 11,000 birrs, and bring a bank receipt. 🔹 The payment will be made by Birhan Bank and will be based on the identification code previously given to the student. Note:- We would like to respectfully remind you that the school will not be held responsible for the loss of place due to failure to register between July 05/2024 and July 22/2024. For new (Nursery)students: 🔹Registration of beginner students will be held from July 8 to July 12, 2024. 🔹When the new students come for registration, they will present a birth card, vaccination card, and 2 passport-size photos of the student.  🔹Carry a copy of the parent/guardian's ID. 🔹 Only after you get the license to register, you will pay 10,000 Birr for the first quarter of 2024 and a registration fee of 1000 Birr in total of 11000 Birr. 🔹 Payment is made by Birhan Bank and the payment code/number will be given to you when you complete the registration. 🔹We will confirm the student's registration only when they make the payment and bring the receipt. For high school students   🔹The prerequisites mentioned above for the primary level and KG existing and new registering students are all valid for the secondary level, but the following ones are applicable only for the secondary level. 👉Quarter fee per student is 18,000 birr and registration fee is 1,800 Birr. ቀን :18/10/2016 ዓ.ም ውድ ወላጆች፦ ልጆቻችሁን ለማስመዝገብ ወደ ት/ቤት ስትመጡ ከዚህ በታች የተጠቀሱትን ጉዳዮች ማሟላታችሁን አረጋግጡ፡፡ ለነባር ተማሪዎች፡- (ከ ኤል. ኬጂ~ 8ተኛ ክፍል) 📍ለመታወቂያ የሚሆን አንድ  የተማሪ ጉርድ ፎቶ ግራፍ ሙሉ ስሙን እና በ 2017 ዓ.ም  የሚገባበትን የክፍል ደረጃ ከጀርባው በመፃፍ ይዘው ይምጡ፡፡ 📍የ2017 ዓ.ም የመጀመሪያው ሩብ አመት ክፍያ 10,000 ብር እና የመመዝገቢያ ክፍያ 1000 ብር በአጠቃላይ 11,000 ብር  ከፍለው የባንክ ደረሰኝ ይዘው ይምጡ፡፡ 🔹 ክፍያው የሚፈጸመው በብርሀን ባንክ ሲሆን ለተማሪው ከዚህ በፊት በተሰጠው መለያ ኮድ መሰረት ይሆናል። ማስታወሻ:- የምዝገባ ቀናቱን ባለመጠበቅ ምክንያት ማለትም ከሰኔ 28/2016 ዓ.ም እስከ ሀምሌ 15/2016 ዓ.ም ካላስመዘገቡ ለሚፈጠረው የቦታ ማጣት ችግሮች ትምህርት ቤቱ ሃላፊነቱን የማይወስድ መሆኑን ከወዲሁ በአክብሮት ለማስታወስ እንወዳለን።                                                ለአዲስ (የነርሰሪ)ተማሪዎች፡- 🔹የጀማሪ ተማሪዎች ምዝገባ ከሀምሌ1 እስከ ሀምሌ 5 ፣ 2016 ዓ.ም የሚካሄድ ይሆናል ፡፡ 🔹ጀማሪ ተማሪዎች ለምዝገባ ሲመጡ የልደት ካርድ , የክትባት ካርድ እና የተማሪው 2 ጉርድ ፎቶ ግራፍ  ያቀርባሉ፡፡  🔹የወላጅ/ አሳዳጊ መታወቂያ ኮፒ ይይዛሉ። 🔹የይመዝገቡ ፍቃድ ካገኙ በኋላ ብቻ የ2017 ዓ.ም የመጀመሪያ ሩብ አመት ክፍያ10,000 ብር እና የመመዝገቢያ ክፍያ 1000 ብር በአጠቃላይ 11000 ብር ይከፍላሉ፡፡ 🔹ክፍያ የሚከፈለው በብርሀን ባንክ ሲሆን ምዝገባውን ሲያጠናቅቁ የመክፈያ ቁጥሩ  የሚሰጦት ይሆናል፡፡ 🔹ተማሪው መመዝገቡን የምናረጋግጠው   ክፍያውን ፈጽመው ደረሰኙን ሲያመጡ ብቻ ይሆናል። ለሁለተኛ ደረጃ  ተማሪዎች   🔹ከላይ ለ አንደኛ ደረጃ እና ለ ኬጂ ነባርና አዲስ ተመዝጋቢ ተማሪዎች የተጠቀሱት መሟላት ያለባቸው ቅድመ ሁኔታዎች ሁሉም ለሁለተኛ ደረጃም የሚሰሩ ሲሆን ቀጥሎ የሚዘረዘሩት ግን ለሁለተኛ ደረጃ ብቻ የሚተገበሩ ናቸው። 👉የኳርተር ክፍያ በአንድ ተማሪ 18,000 ሲሆን የመመዝገቢያ ደግሞ 1800 ብር ነው።በአጠቃላይ 19, 800ብር ይሆናል። 👉ክፍያ የሚከፈለው በአቢሲኒያ ባንክ ነው። ት/ቤቱ
