On this day in 1921, Baron Roman von Ungern-Sternberg was executed by firing squad after capture by the Red Army and trial before a Soviet revolutionary tribunal. A fierce monarchist and enemy of Bolshevism, he promoted the idea that jews had orchestrated the Red revolution. Pour la république française, il existe des oppositions accidentelles et des oppositions essentielles. Le nationaliste, au contraire, ne commet pas seulement une faute éventuelle contre l'ordre ; il est soupçonné de contester le principe à partir duquel cet ordre se pense. Voilà pourquoi les deux « extrêmes », que la géométrie parlementaire place commodément à égale distance d'un centre imaginaire, ne sont nullement symétriques dans la conscience du régime. L'un se situe hors du cercle moral avant même d'avoir agi ; l'autre peut en transgresser les règles tout en parlant encore son langage. C'est précisément dans cette différence entre le jugement de l'acte et le jugement de l'essence que résiderait la véritable inégalité. Une association antifa devra franchir un certain degré de violence, de constitution milicienne ou de trouble public pour que l'État hausse le ton. On this day in 2002 🇫🇷 Henri Fenet, a French officer of the Waffen-SS, died. He was known as one of “Hitler’s last knights.” Alongside his men, he was among the last defenders of the Reich, fighting near the Führerbunker until the Führer's final hours. Captured by Allied forces, he later managed to return to France, but was identified in Valenciennes in September 1945.
