We've identified the main problem causing the ban issue, but despite having all possible methods to fix it, we haven't been able to solve it yet. As it's a serious issue, we need some time to address it. Please don't worry about your keys; their time is continuously extended, and you can log in to check them too. Kindly refrain from repeatedly asking when the update will arrive, as it was a sudden update from PUBG, and I'm doing my best to resolve it. I only slept for three hours last night.

For users those have encountered a termination, one-day ban, or flag ban upon logging in without even playing a match, simply play a few matches legit without any cheats on original PUBG , and then play with SHIELD.
