The issue is little bit serious and it might take time to solve so be patient and don’t worry about your key time. @Shield_Cheat

Server is on but some user can’t launch the game due to a internal issue.We are trying to fix that issue whenever it fixed we will extend everyone key so don’t worry. We are working on it. Those who doesn’t have any issue while launching game can play normally @Shield_Cheat
