አዲሱ መመሪያ‼️ ሴት ተማሪዎች የጥፍር፣ የፀጉርና የከንፈር ቀለም መቀባት፣ ቅንድብ መቀንደብና መኳኳል፣ አላስፈላጊ ጌጣ ጌጦችን አድርጎ ወደ ትምህርት ቤት መሄድ የሚከለክል መመሪያ ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር አዘጋጀ፡፡ ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር የተማሪዎችን ሥነ ምግባር ለመቆጣጠር ያዘጋጀው ረቂቅ መመሪያ ማንኛውም ተማሪዎች ከተፈጥሮ ጸጉራቸው በስተቀር አርቴፊሻል ፀጉር መቀጠል አይችሉም ተብሏል፡፡ ከዚህ ባለፈም በትምህርት ቤት ውስጥ አላስፈላጊ የሆኑ የኢትዮጵያዊነት ባህልን የማይገልፁ በዓላት በተለይም እንደ ክሬዚ ዴይ፣ ኦልድ ዴይ፣ ቤቢ ዴይ፣ ቶማቶ ዴይ፣ ከለር ዴይ፣ ቫላንታይን ዴይ እና ሌሎችም የበዓል ቀናቶች ተብለው የሚከበሩ በዓላት ማክበር በመመሪያው ተከልክሏል፡፡ በትምህርት ቤት የደንብ ልብስ በተገቢ መንገድ መልሰብ ሲል ባወጣው መመሪያ ስር ሴቶች ጉርድ ቀሚስ ከባት በታች የሆነ ቁመት ያለው ለብሶ መገኘት አለባቸው ተብሏል፡፡  ከደንብ ልብስ ውጪ ቢሆን ከአካባቢው ባህል ጋር የማይቃረን አለባበስ መልበስ ይጠበቅባቸዋል ይላል ረቂቅ መመሪያው፡፡ ትምህርት ቤት ውስጥ መፈፀም የተከለከሉ ድርጊቶች ብሎ ከዘረዘራቸው መካከል ደግሞ የትምህርት ቤቱን መምህራን፣ የትምህርት አመራር፣ ሠራተኞችና ሌሎች የትምህርት ማህበረሰብ አካላትን መዝለፍ፣ መስደብ፣ ማንቋሸሽና አካላዊ ጥቃት መፈጸም ቅጣት የሚያስከትል ተግባር ነው ተብሏል፡፡ ተንቀሳቃሽ ስልክ ወይም ሞባይል እና የሙዚቃ ማዳመጫ መሣሪያዎችን ትምህርት ቤት ቅጥር ግቢ ውስጥ ይዞ መገኘት ረቂቅ መመሪያው ከልክሏል፡፡ በቃል፣ በምልክትም ሆነ በጽሑፍ ፀያፍ ነገሮችን መግለፅ፤ ጨዋነት የጎደላቸውን እንዲሁም ሐይማኖታዊና ፖለቲካዊ ይዘት ያላቸውን ምስሎችና ጽሑፎች በትምህርት ቤት ውስጥ ይዞ መገኘትና ማሰራጨት አይፈቀድም፡፡ በትምህርት ቤት ግቢ ውስጥ የማንኛውንም ዓይነት የኃይማኖት አምልኮ ሥርዓትና የፖለቲካ እንቅስቃሴዎችን ማካሄድ ይከለክላል፡፡ ማንኛውም ተማሪ አገራዊ እሴት ያልሆኑና መጤ የሆኑ ነገሮችን በሰውነት ላይ ምልክት ማድረግ፤ ከአገራዊ እሴት ጋር የሚቃረኑ አሉታዊ መጤ ምልክቶችን በሰውነት ላይ መነቀስ፣ ማሳየት፣ ማድረግ፣ መጠቀም ፍፁም የተከለከለ ነው ብሏል ረቂቅ መመሪያው፡፡ ከ9 እስከ 12ተኛ ክፍል ላሉ ተማሪዎች አንድ ተማሪ በሥነ-ምግባር ጉድለት እጅ ከፍንጅ ከተያዘና የመማር ማስተማሩን ሂደት የሚያውክ ሆኖ ከተገኘ ውሳኔ እስኪሰጠው ከትምህርት ቤት ሊታገድ እንደሚችልም በመመሪያው ሰፍሯል፡፡ ተማሪዎች ተደጋጋሚ ጥፋት አጥፍተው ሲገኙ በተለይም ከ7 እስከ 12ተኛ ክፍል ያሉ ተማሪዎች እስከ 1 ዓመት ድረስ እንደ ጥፋቱ መጠን ታይቶ ከትምህርት ሊታገዱ ይችላልም ሲል ረቂቅ መመርያው አስቀምጧል፡፡ በሌላ በኩል በትምህርት ቤቶችና አካባቢ የትምህርት አዋኪ ጉዳዮችን ለመከላከል እና ለመቆጣጠር ለሚኒስትሮች ምክር ቤት የቀረበ ረቂቅ ደንብ ተሰናድቷል፡፡ በዚህ ረቂቅ ደንብ ትምባሆ(ሲጋራ፣ ሺሻ)፣ ጫት፣ አልኮል የናርኮቲክ እና ሳይኮትሮፒክ ዝርያ ያላቸው አደገኛ ህገ ወጥ መድኃኒቶች እና ሱስ አስያዥ ዕፆች ትምህርት ቤት አካባቢ መሸጥም ሆነ ይዞ መገኘትን ይከለክላል። የአልኮል መሸጫ እና ማከፋፈያ ቤቶች፣ የሲጋራ መሻጫ ሱቆች፣ ሺሻ ቤቶች፣ ጫት መሸጫና መቃሚያ ቤቶች፣ ጭፈራ ቤቶች፤ ቁማር ቤቶች፤ የእንግዳ ማረፊያ ቤቶች እና የሰውነት መታሻ ወይም ማሳጅ ቤቶች በትምህርት ቤቶች በ500 ሜትር ርቀት ውስጥ መክፈት አይቻልም፡፡ ፊልም ማጫዎቻ ቤቶች፣ ፕሌይ ስቴሽን ቤቶች፣ ዲ.ኤስ.ቲቪ ቤቶች፣ ከረንቡላ፣ ፑል፣ ጆተኒ፣ ቢንጎ እና የስፖርት ቁማር መጫወቻ ቤቶችም በትምህርት ቤት አቅራቢያ መክፈትን ከልክሏል። 👇 👇👇 @MTULSU

ውድ የሚዛን-ቴፒ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ማህበረሰብ ​የሕግ ትምህርት ቤታችን የMoot Court ቡድን በ2025  2ኛው RRU ህንድ አለም አቀፍ የምስለ ችሎት ውድድር ላይ ዩኒቨርሲቲያችንን ወክሎ ለመሳተፍ ዝግጅቱን በተሟላ መልኩ አጠናቅቆ እንደነበር በኩራት ስንገልጽ ቆይተናል። ​ቡድኑ የዓለም አቀፍ ውድድር ደረጃን የጠበቀ የጽሑፍ ክርክር (Memorial) በማዘጋጀትና ሌሎች አስፈላጊ ዝግጅቶችን ሁሉ በማጠናቀቅ ከፍተኛ ብቃትና ቁርጠኝነት አሳይቷል። ይህ የላቀ ጥረት ዩኒቨርሲቲያችንን በዓለም አቀፍ መድረክ ላይ በከፍተኛ ደረጃ የማስተዋወቅ ብሩህ ተስፋ ፈጥሮ ነበር። ይሁን እንጅ ​ልብ የሚሰብሩ አጋጣሚዎች ተፈጥረዋል።​ምንም እንኳን ቡድናችን ከፍተኛ ዝግጅት ያደረገ እና ከዚህ በፊት በዩኒቨርሲቲው አመራር በጀት ተመድቦለት ድጋፍ ሲደረግለት የነበረ ቢሆንም፣ ባልታሰበ አጋጣሚ ዩኒቨርሲቲው በመጨረሻው ሰዓት የጉዞ ወጪያቸውን መሸፈን ባለመቻሉ ቡድናችን ከውድድሩ ውጭ ለመሆን ተገዷል። ይህ ውሳኔ ቡድኑን እና እኛ ዩኒቨርስቲያችን ስም በአለም አቀፍ መድረጎች ላይ ሲሳተፍ  ማየት ለምንፈልገው  አሳዝኖናል። ​ከውድድሩ አዘጋጆች በተላከው ደብዳቤ መሰረት፡ ​የእኛን የጽሑፍ ክርክር (Memorial) በመጠቀም ውድድሩ ላይ የተፈጠረውን ክፍተት ለመሙላት የኬንያ ቡድን የእኛን ሚሞሪያል በመጠቀም ውድድሩ ላይ ይሳተፋል። ለቡድናችን የE-Certificate of Participation እንደሚሰጥም ተገልጿል። ​ይህ የሚያሳየው ተማሪዎቻችን በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ተወዳዳሪ የሆነ አስደናቂ ሥራ ማከናወናቸውን ቢሆንም፣ የፋይናንስ ድጋፍ አለመሟላት ይህንን ታላቅ ዕድል እንድጨናገፈው ሁኖል። የተፈጠረው ተፍጥሯል ለወደፊት የምናስተላልፈው ጥሪ እና የቁርጠኝነት መልዕክት ​ይህ አጋጣሚ  የዩኒቨርሲቲያችን ማህበረሰብ ትምህርታዊ ፕሮጀክቶችን፣ በተለይም ተማሪዎችን ዓለም አቀፍ እና ሀገር አቀፍ ልምድ የሚያስጨብጡ የላቁ ውድድሮች ላይ እንድሳተፉ በበለጠ ቁርጠኝነትና ትኩረት እንድንደግፍ ጥሪ የሚያቀርብ ነው። የዩኒቨርሲቲያችንን ስም በአለም አቀፍ እና ሃገር አቀፍ መድረኮች ከፍ ለማድረግ የዩኒቨርሲቲው አስተዳደር ተከታታይ እና የተሟላ የፋይናንስ ድጋፍ ሲያደርግ ብቻ መሆኑ የማይካደው ሀቅ ነው። ​የትምህርት ጥራትን ማስቀጠል የሁሉም አካል ሃላፊነት ሊሆን ይገባል።ቡድናችን የጻፈው Memorial ከፍተኛ ደረጃ ላይ መድረሱ የሕግ ትምህርት ቤታችንን የትምህርት ጥራት ማሳያ ነው። ይህንን የላቀ የትምህርት ጥራትና የተማሪዎቻችንን ብቃት በመደገፍ የላቀ ተቋማዊ ተዓማኒነትን ማረጋገጥ  ይጠበቅብናል። ​ምንም እንኳን የጉዞው ዓላማ ባይሳካም፣ የቡድኑ አባላት (Tsehay Addisu፣ Dawit Amanuel እና Samuel Yebo) ለተቋማቸው ክብርና መልካም ስም ያሳዩት ጠንካራ ሥራ እና ጥራት ያለው ምርምር የሚያስመሰግን ነው። የእነሱ ጥረት ለወደፊት ተማሪዎች መነሳሳት ሆኖ ይቀጥላል። እንደሚዛን ቴፒ ዩኒቨርስቲ ህግ ትምህርት ቤት ማህበረሰብ ​የዩኒቨርሲቲው አስተዳደር ለወደፊቱ የትምህርት ጥራት ማስጠበቂያ ፕሮጀክቶች ላይ የጀመረውን ድጋፍ እስከ መጨረሻው እንዲያጠናቅቅ የዓለም አቀፍ እና ሃገር አቀፍ ተሳትፎ ዕድሎች እንደዚህ ዓይነት ወሳኝ በሆኑ የመጨረሻ ደረጃዎች እንዳይስተጓጎሉ አስፈላጊውን ሁሉም እናድያደርግ ያለንን አክብሮት የተሞላበት ጥያቄ እናቀርባለንን። ​የዚህ መልዕክት አላማ ለዩኒቨርሲቲው ማህበረሰብ ስለተፈጠረው ሁኔታ ግንዛቤ እንዲፈጠር እና ለወደፊት የትምህርት ፕሮጀክቶች መደገፍ ያለውን አስፈላጊነት ለማጉላት መሆኑን  ለማሳወቅ እንወዳለን ። ​ለቡድናችን ለታላቅ ጥረታቸሁ በድጋሚ እናመሰግናለን!

📢Call for Submissions: Twelfth Annual International Refugee Law Student Writing Competition The American Society of International Law’s International Refugee Law Interest Group (IRLIG) is now accepting submissions for the Twelfth Annual International Refugee Law Student Writing Competition. 📚 Eligibility and Topics • Open to students enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited university in 2025. • Papers may address any topic related to international law and refugees, stateless persons, internally displaced persons (IDPs), or forced displacement. • Special consideration will be given to students from the Global South and those who have experienced forced displacement. • Papers must be original, written in English, and between 7,000 and 12,000 words, including footnotes. • Citations should follow the OSCOLA footnote style and the International Journal of Refugee Law guidelines. 🕒 Submission Deadline January 7, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST Submit your paper as a Microsoft Word document to irlig@ilsa.org.
