Turns out, no, not really has an average range of 20-25 Litner, 30 is the absolute minimum, better to have at least 40 so id have to throw in some distillers malt or get some enzymes to convert it all

and im not even sure if malted rice has enough diastatic power

Hell, a malted rice whiskey might be interesting too, though id have to go out of my way to malt some brown rice for it

Anyone have experience with spelt whiskey and can tell me if its any good? also general suggestions for the next whiskey are welcome
