Fermented out at 10.5% Final yield was 3.5L, kinda mid but whatever there isnt a whole lot of banana flavor, though there is some fruitiness in some of the hearts was it worth 20 bucks of bananas? not really perhaps ill put a piece of banana into one of the bottle to age on, ive heard of people doing that to impart some banana flavor
