Let this be a lesson to all ye brewers, dont forget to add a little bit of yeast nutrient, lest ye be cursed by the eggs
I once again forgot to add a small amount of yeast nutrients and as a result the yeast started producing sulfites
Result: my entire house smells like rotten eggs
Doesnt smell or taste much like smoke but we'll see how much flavor comes through after distillation
Whiskey made with about half munich malt + caramell malt and half oak smoked wheat malt this time around
Another bucket joins the fold (theres a bottle woth 20L of sugar wash to the right too)
