Frequently Asked Questions BIGBANG 2026 - 2027 WORLD TOUR <XX : COSMOS> IN SINGAPORE Q: How can we purchase your HTB services? Are we guaranteed tickets? A: Please kindly fill in the form that will be released at 5pm. Full payment of ticket cost + HTB fee is required to secure a slot. Our fulfilment rate for previous events have been generally at 100%. However, do note that demand varies and thus we will never provide any guarantee of fulfilment for any event. Q: Am I able to choose my sections? A: Yes, you will be able to choose your top sections though we encourage all customers to be flexible with others within the category to ensure we are able to secure your ticket. Q: Can I get front row tickets? I only want up to Row (X) A: Due to the high demand nature of this event, we cannot promise any front row tickets for this event. However, rest assured that our team will be putting in our 100% like we always do for this sale. We will allocate the best available tickets to you. Q: Are you able to use my account for ticketing? A: We will use our accounts to secure your tickets and transfer them to you once released. Q: What if you can't secure my tickets? A: A FULL refund (ticket cost + HTB fee) will be made to you. Q: Are bypass links available? A: We do not have bypass links at the moment for sales on Ticketmaster SG. Q: How do you allocate tickets? When will I get an update? A: Allocation is by first come first serve (FCFS) order, based on the date and time payment is made and form is submitted. We will update all buyers on the status of their order after each sale opted in for, however, we may take up to the end of General sales to allocate/provide exact seating details due to the high volume of orders we anticipate.
