قال الشيخ محمد بن صالح العثيمين رحمه الله: المرأة الصالحة في الدنيا (يعني: الزوجة) تكون خيرًا من الحور العين في الآخرة، وأطيب وأرغب لزوجها، فإن النبي ﷺ أخبر أن أول زمرة تدخل الجنة على مثل صورة القمر ليلة البدر. (فتاوى نور على الدرب ٢/٤) Ash-Shaykh Muhammad bin Sālih Al-‘Uthaymīn rahimahullāh said: “The righteous woman in the dunya (the wife) will be better than the hūr al-‘īn in the hereafter, will be more delightful and desirable to her husband. This is because the prophet ﷺ informed that the first group of people to enter Jannah will appear like the moon on the night that it is full”. ﷽ Benefit: Allāh ﷻ combines between His name Al-Ghafūr & Ash-Shakūr in a few verses in the Qurān. Allāh ﷻ said in His noble book: {لِيُوَفِّيَهُمْ أُجُورَهُمْ وَيَزِيدَهُم مِّن فَضْلِهِ ۚ إِنَّهُ غَفُورٌ شَكُورٌ} [فاطر: 30] "That He may give them in full their rewards and increase for them of His bounty. Indeed, He is Forgiving and Appreciative." (35:30) {وَقَالُوا الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنَّا الْحَزَنَ إِنَّ رَبَّنَا لَغَفُورٌ شَكُورٌ} [فاطر: 34] "And they will say, "Praise to Allah, who has removed from us [all] sorrow. Indeed, our Lord is Forgiving and Appreciative." (35:34) {وَمَن يَقْتَرِفْ حَسَنَةً نَّزِدْ لَهُ فِيهَا حُسْنًا ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ شَكُورٌ} [الشورى: 23] "And whoever commits a good deed - We will increase for him good therein. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Appreciative." (42:23) We take from the above verses that Allāh forgives all sins no matter how great they are. No sin is too great for Him to forgive. We also take that Allāh is appreciative of every good action however small it may be, even if it’s an atoms weight. Shaykh Al-Islām Ibn Taymiyyah rahimahullāh said: الله تعالى غفورٌ شكور، يغفر الكثير من الزلل، ويشكر اليسير من العمل. (جامع المسائل | لابن تيمية رحمه الله ٤٨/٤) ⁩ “Allāh تعالى is forgiving and appreciative. He forgives many mistakes, and appreciates a small amount of actions”. For this reason, it’s not permissible for a Muslim to lose hope in Allāh’s forgiveness of sins no matter how great they may be, just as it is not permissible to belittle any acts of righteousness, however small it may be, for indeed our Lord is forgiving and appreciative. ‎ :قال الامام الشافعي - رحمه الله ‎،مَن وعظ أخاهُ سرّاً فقد نصحهُ وزانه ‌‏ومَن وعظهُ علانيةً فقد فضحهُ وخانه. ‌‏📚« حلية الأولياء (١٤٠/٩) Imām Ash-Shāfi’ī rahimahullāh said: “He who admonishes his brother in secret has advised him and adorned him. From the benefits mentioned in last night’s lesson: The objectives of seeking knowledge 1️⃣ Removing oneself from ignorance and misguidance. 2️⃣ Benefiting the people 3️⃣ Reviving knowledge 4️⃣ Acting upon the knowledge acquired. These four objectives are gathered in lines of poetry: فلتقصدوا أربعة لدى ابتدآ تعلـم لكـي تفـوزوا بالهـــدى Make your aim four things when you start to seek knowledge. So that you may be successful in being guided. أولها الخروج من ضــلال والثاني نفع خلق ذي الجلال. The first of them is removing yourself from misguidance. The second is benefiting the creation of the possessor of honour (Allāh) ثالثهــــا الإحياء للــــعلــوم والرابع العمل بالمعــــــــلوم. The third is to revive knowledge. And the fourth is to act upon the knowledge acquired. ⏺️ The importance of being sincere in the pursuit of knowledge and acting upon it: The statement of the poet: فَعـــالِمٌ بِعِلمِــهِ لَـم يَعمَلَن * * * مُعَـــذَّبٌ مِن قَبلِ عُبَّـادِ الوَثَن So the scholar who does not act upon his knowledge *** will be punished before the polytheists. وكُلُّ مَن بِغَيرِ عِلمٍ يَعمَلُ *** أعمالُهُ مَردُودةٌ لا تُقبَلُ And whosoever does not act upon knowledge *** his actions are rejected and not accepted ‏متن الزبد في الفقه الشافعي لابن رسلان Taken from: Az-Zubad in the Shāfi’ī fiqh. https://t.me/Gardensofknowledge

O student of knowledge, busy yourself with that which benefits you. Shaykh Sālih Sindī (may Allāh preserve him) said: “A piece of advice to you O student of knowledge, & indeed those before you have tried & tested it. Your life is short & time is even shorter for you to try & comprehend everything from knowledge, therefore strive in reaching that which benefits you. Take this brief path that connects you to Knowledge: ⏺️ A matter that doesn’t benefit you in knowledge & action - you don’t have anything to do with it. Leave it off, stay away from it & busy yourself with that which benefits you. ⏺️ Don’t be occupied by that which doesn’t benefit you. ⏺️ How many (in number) are those who delve into that which doesn’t benefit them, wasting time: hours, days, nights, & perhaps years, and he paints himself as a student of knowledge, then finds after that; he is nothing (in regards to knowledge), he hasn’t attained anything, The reason: he was occupied with that which was of no benefit to him”.

قال مالك بن دينار رحمه الله: ‏كُلُّ جَلِيسٍ لَا تَسْتَفِيدُ مِنْهُ خَيْرًا فَاجْتَنِبْهُ ‏📚« ابن أبي عاصم في الزهد (٨٦) Mālik bin Dīnār rahimahullāh said: “Stay away from every companion who you do not benefit any good from”.
