Impact of anti-transgender persecution comes in many shapes and forms. Here is an example that ties to the recent NASA Moon mission. What a shame, an atrocity for society when our transgender friends, family, neighbors and co-workers are essentially forced to flee their home states or careers; all because of pointless, hate driven anti-trans targeted laws (folks fleeing out of self preservation, to avoid fines, even prison). We see no reason why our transgender community could have simply been left alone, as things were now going on nearly 10 years now. What has really been accomplished (except for upending lives for just living as their true selves)?
