A lovely little girl was holding two apples with both hands. Her mum came in and softly asked her little daughter with a smile: my sweetie, could you give your mum one of your two apples? The girl looked up at her mum for some seconds, then she suddenly took a quick bite on one apple, and then quickly on the other. The mum felt the smile on her face freeze. She tried hard not to reveal her disappointment. Then the little girl handed one of her bitten apples to her mum,and said: mummy, here you are. This is the sweeter one. No matter who you are, how experienced you are, and how knowledgeable you think you are, always delay judgement. Give others the privelege to explain themselves. What you see may not be the reality. Never conclude for others.

Ways To Cut Down Weight
Joy was fed up of his increasing weight. All the time he kept thinking of the ways to reduce his weight. One day he went to a shopkeeper and said, I have come to know about a book that tells how to reduce weight. Please give me a copy of that book. The shopkeeper said, Sir, the last copy of that book got sold just a few minutes back. But I have another book that tells how to gain weight. Joy said, I don't need that. I want to reduce weight, not increase it. The shopkeeper replied, So what? Just do the reverse of what is written in the book.

✅How to deal with mistakes?
🥀Stop being your own enemy and become a helper. Instead of beating yourself up for a mistake, give support and help learn from the experience. Think of an error as the difference between the expected result and the real one.
🥀Accept that some skills take a long time. And along the way there can be enough mistakes, sometimes the same. When you learned to walk, there were many attempts. Now imagine that, having fallen once, you would say: “That's it, I'm a useless walker, I can't walk and I won't.”
