| 5 | For Future Moms
Every mother should take a promise from her son or daughter.
When you are truly loved by someone, like your mother, where there is no selfishness, you naturally understand their love. And when they take a promise from you, there are high chances that you will genuinely work for that promise.
The promise should not be taken during a random conversation. It should be taken at a time when the son or daughter is calm, sitting with you, and listening carefully to you.
There must be some emotional aspect as well, to make it more effective. Tell them some stories, maybe something from your own life, or something that happened when they were young. Make them understand why the promise matters.
To some extent, make it emotional. Not to manipulate them, but so that they can find meaning in it. Maybe, at that moment, they will realize that something in their life needs to change.
The reason why I say MOM is because a mother loves her children in a way that is difficult to compare. There is no comparison between a mother's and a father's love, but a mother often goes through a different kind of pain for her children.
When you fall ill, it is your mom who may not be able to sleep properly. She listens to you. She knows your little things. She can stand with you and even fight with the world for you.
Maybe your mothers cannot get this message today.
But you are young. Tomorrow, when you become a mother, remember this. When your children become old enough to understand what you are saying, sit with them, talk to them, tell them stories, and take a meaningful promise from them.
Then see the magic.
Dads should also do it. But with moms it becomes more effective.

| 8 | This is a magical world, and you are the magician.
Almost everything is possible to achieve which you think in your mind. All you need to do is apply magic. And only the magicians apply magic. So the first step is to become a magician.
When I talk about magic, I don't mean to whisper some incantations. Because that magic doesn't work here. If magical spells were real, then everyone would have been rich with great businesses.
This is real magic, not any trick.
Let's talk about real magic. To become that magician requires experience, effort, skills, emotional mastery and life knowledge.
Once you master these things, you will learn decision-making, your mind will become stronger, and eventually, you can get whatever you want.
You will become emotionally strong, you will learn to say NO, you will avoid those who aren't good around you, who aren't productive and good, even if they are your close ones.
- Your words will be wisdom.
- You will be valued.
- People will appreciate you.
- You will navigate through any maze in life.
That's the magician which you have to become.
- People will ask, how you became this person.
- Your spouse will feel proud of you, he/she will think how is it possible to become a person like you.
And when you will be praised, you will still continue to grow to maintain your magical powers.

| 9 | Society in general doesn't like a successful woman.
Whatever I will say you below, it happens majority of the times. Exceptions are always there who will not get affected with your progress.
If you are a working woman in any company and performing better than others, they will feel jealous of you. A lot of times, they will envy you.
A man of the same age at same place may think, “She's superior to me, and I can't control her. He starts despising you subconsciously.”
And a woman from a previous generation who isn't successful may subconsciously think that you are living a better life and surpassing her. “She will not prefer to like you”.
Sometimes, for a woman, it's very difficult to manage and handle it. Only a wise woman knows how to deal with it.
Be wise, gain knowledge, and protect your peace.
Times are changing. I say it and will always say it: the trend is changing. Women are now increasingly operating independently and participating in professional life.
It's fact-based. These days, we can see emerging women entrepreneurs, working women, and successful women. Opportunities for women have changed significantly compared with previous generations.
Girls and women are also achieving strongly in education and professional fields. There are women who are operating independently and making their own decisions, something that was far less common in many previous generations.
In my booklet, “Female: Her mind and the world she will shape,” I clearly mentioned a lot of things about it.
If you are a woman and can afford it, do take it. If you can't, kindly don't purchase it.

| 11 | Unfair Advantage
Once, I was in an auditorium where there were people better than me and more knowledgeable than me. However, I stood up confidently, delivered a speech, and was appreciated later because I did something without preparation that no one else was able to do.
I don't say, "I am special and better, that's why I could do it." Instead, I call it my unfair advantage.
Speaking in English in front of people is my unfair advantage. Maybe someone more qualified than me can be overpowered when we are speaking in front of the public simply because I can express myself confidently.
An unfair advantage is an ability or circumstance you have that makes you unique to some extent. It separates you from other people, and in many cases, it is something that other people cannot easily take away from you.
Your unfair advantage can be:
- Being born into a rich family.
- Having a good partner who genuinely thinks about your betterment.
- Your skills.
- Your physique.
- Your language or communication ability.
- Your beauty.
- Your confidence.
- Your experiences and the things you have gone through.
- Your ability to connect with people.
Something you can do naturally that others struggle to do.
Some unfair advantages are given to you by birth or circumstances. Others are built over time.
Once you find an advantage in yourself, you have to hone it and make it sharper. You have to keep improving it until it becomes something that clearly separates you from other people. Later, you can use that ability to create opportunities for yourself and compete with people who may be stronger than you in other areas.
Maybe someone doesn't look better than you, isn't richer than you, or isn't as confident as you. But that person may be extremely smart in something else. That is his unfair advantage. Through that ability, he can become more charismatic, more valuable, or more influential than you in a particular situation.
This is why you shouldn't look at another person and think, "He is better than me." You may simply be looking at his unfair advantage while ignoring your own.
Find yours.
And once you find it, hone it until people cannot ignore it.

| 12 | You aren't lucky; you have to make yourself lucky.
Everything counts. Whatever good or bad you do, you have to pay for it.
If you read my messages, this might shape your mind towards greatness. If you read the right books, they may help you in decision-making. If you discuss the right things with people, that might provide you with more insights.
Accumulation of knowledge from all different sources, even if it's just a sentence, can provide you with an advantage to be lucky tomorrow.
People may call you lucky then, but there's a direct relation between that luck and something which you did in the past.
Luck is the visible result of preparation, timing, relationships, behavior, and past actions.
- Winning the lottery isn't luck; maybe you enrolled at the right time. The timing was right.
- Getting a job with a referral isn't luck; maybe you developed great and genuine networking so they choose you.
- Your selection in any tv-show isn't luck; maybe they liked your behavior.
- That beautiful girl accepting your proposal isn't luck; maybe she liked a few aspects of your life.
In a nutshell, the thing which I want to teach you is: no one is lucky without any effort. "LUCK FAVORS THE DESERVING ONE."
Now, maybe you work hard but aren't able to crack a job, and someone working less than you gets in easily. It doesn't mean you are unlucky. You have to accept that there is something in that person which you don't have. Maybe in the job interview, he looked smarter and more confident than you. Maybe he corrupted them, which you couldn't. He shaped his luck, but you complained.
Shape your luck from today, prepare yourself.
Now I want to teach you UNFAIR ADVANTAGE.
This is any advantage which you can use to surpass others, even if they are smarter than you.
Winning is more about strategy than working like a labor. In fact hardwork is equally important, but more than that is the strategy.

- Taking no stand for yourselves, acting cowardly, lacking confidence, saying yes to everyone and everything. Are you among such people?
- Do you try to be in the good books of everyone?
- Shame is on you.
Let me tell you a story:
A boy was like this, but he had great dreams and aspirations in life. Maybe you too have great dreams and aspirations, but he died as an average person in life. No one valued him; he wasn't taken seriously. Because he was a coward. This world never values cowards.
Don't be like that boy.
- Be wise and brave. Bravery without wisdom is dangerous.
- Acquire knowledge.
- Stop wasting your time and living life like other people.
- Stop living life like the majority around you do.
Live differently, or die average. But I don't want you to die average, so work every single day for greatness and enlightenment in life.

You are never valued just based on what you know.
You are valued based on his problem-solving skills, decision-making ability, discipline, creativity, and his ability to handle situations by himself.
But today, these things are slowly getting affected because of your dependency on the Internet.
People have started forgetting how to make decisions by themselves. Before making even a small decision, they ask an AI bot, search on Google, or look for someone else's opinion.
And when you keep doing this, you slowly stop thinking for yourself.
People are even writing their messages. At some point, you have to ask yourself:
Are these really your thoughts anymore?
The problem is not using AI.
The problem starts when you become so dependent on it that you can't function properly without it.
Because in the real world, you won't always have AI with you.
There will be situations where you have to make a decision yourself.
There will be problems where nobody will tell you what to do.
There will be moments when there is no Google, no ChatGPT, no YouTube tutorial, no one to guide you.
At that time, you will have to depend on your own brain.
And if you haven't used it for years, don't expect it to suddenly perform perfectly.
Your brain also needs training.
And this isn't only about AI.
Look at how we are living today.
You are more concerned about the videos on YouTube, messages on Telegram and notifications on your phone than the people sitting with you at home.
You know more about the lives of people on Instagram than the lives of the people you meet every day.
You are more interested in a girl on Instagram because of her filtered pictures than in the girl you actually meet in real life.
You are constantly trying to create new memories for your camera and your social media...
while forgetting to actually live the moment.
We record everything. We post everything. We share everything.
But sometimes, we forget to experience anything.
We are becoming so connected to the digital world that we are slowly becoming disconnected from the real one.
Technology was supposed to make our lives easier.
It was never supposed to make us incapable of living without it.
So use the Internet.
- Use AI, use technology.
But don't let them think for you.
Don't let them make every decision for you.
Don't let them replace your relationships.
And don't let your screen become more important than your life.
Use technology, but don't become fully dependent on it.
Because the goal of technology should be to make you more capable,
not to make you incapable without it.

| 18 | This subject is MANDATORY for you to learn.
No matter what you do in your life, whether you are employed, unemployed, or a student, there is one thing that every person among you has to pursue to become a better human being with better decision-making capabilities.
The name of the subject is "LIFE."
It isn't taught in schools, colleges, or universities. A person has to learn it, and those who learn it become phenomenal in life.
Without learning it, you can't become someone beyond an ordinary man, you will remain average. No matter how good your academic scores are or which job you got by studying, if you haven't learnt life, you will remain weak, people will use you, you will not work hard for your dreams.
This subject teaches you better decision-making, how to handle pressure, what to prioritize, emotional intelligence, ethics, and many more things.
But here is the bad news: this subject doesn't have any perfect curriculum that you can follow. Those who master this subject do it through their experiences in life, failures, trials, and tribulations.
Even if a school introduces this subject with the best curriculum and syllabus, it will not benefit everyone. It will only benefit those who are conscious and genuinely want change in their lives. Unfortunately, the majority are not conscious in schools.
Here comes the entry of Variable Tribe.
I have been thinking about it for years. As an individual, I can't do anything at a mass level. But we have VT Challenges.
The current VT Challenges are the experiments that I am doing for now to create the best curriculum for this subject called "LIFE."
Like in every season, we introduce something new. Every season is becoming a better curriculum for the subject "LIFE."
So VTCH aims to teach people life.
In VT Challenges, I get a chance to read people, their worries, their aspirations. Imagine, I learn from hundreds of people and then create a curriculum for life. But for those who will not get time to participate, they have to learn this subject by themselves.
Although it will be difficult for many who are naive and inexperienced, you can still start.
Start by reading books. Study the lives of other people. Observe. Make mistakes. Be brave. Face failures. Learn from them. Question yourself. Understand people. Understand the world. And most importantly, understand yourself.
Exam test papers of this SUBJECT:
Because unlike every other subject, there is no final exam in LIFE. You will be tested every single day.
And every experience, every failure, every difficult decision, every loss, and every person you meet will teach you something.
So learn the subject. Learn it seriously.
Because you may graduate from school, college, or university without mastering it, but you can never graduate from LIFE.
Again, remember: this subject isn't taught. You have to learn it from your own life and through different realizations.
Variable Tribe will act as a catalyst and guide, at the end you have to continue it by yourself, and this subject has limitless semesters.

Humans change over time. Some become better, and some become worse.
It's easy to shift from excellence to mediocrity. All you need to do is do nothing, follow your emotions, waste your time, and stop learning.
But becoming better is tough.
I see people who were better last year. They were impressive. They had discipline, curiosity, knowledge, and a different way of thinking.
But when I see them today, I can literally feel the dumbness in them.
This happened because they stopped growing.
And that's something I don't want for you.
I don't want you to become a worse version of yourself every year.
In September 2027, you should be better than you are today.
Follow these steps to become better than the current version:
1) Surround yourself with the right people or be alone till you find disciplined people.
2) Control your mind.
Don't live like a mindless person who does things without purpose. Before you act, ask yourself: Why am I doing this? Everything you do should have a purpose.
3) Keep learning.
If you stop learning, your mind starts becoming stagnant. Read, observe, question, experiment, and expose yourself to ideas that challenge you.
4) Don't blindly follow your emotions.
Your emotions can guide you, but they shouldn't control you. Learn to pause, think, and then act.
5) Stop wasting your time.
Time doesn't come back. Every hour you throw away is an hour you could have used to build yourself.
6) Review yourself.
Ask yourself regularly: Am I actually becoming better, or am I just getting older?
Remember:
Age doesn't make you wiser.
Time doesn't make you better.
Growth does.
In September 2027 you should see a new and better version of yourself.
