Tournament updates
We've added Pokemon, One Piece, and CookieRun TCG Official Tournaments, and casual tournaments for Magic The Gathering and Riftbound! Check the details in the event calendar (https://newtroshop.com/events) and sign up by clicking on the signup link in the description! 😊
We'll gradually be adding other TCGs, learn to plays/tutorials and more tournaments - so keep an eye out!

| 11 | IMPORTANT GRADING ANNOUNCEMENTS
PSA
Effective Tuesday, June 2, PSA will temporarily pause new submissions for up to 4 months, for its four Value service tiers: Value Bulk, Value, Value Plus, and Value Max.
As a result, Newtro will be CLOSING ALL PSA SUBMISSIONS EARLY (29 May, 7pm) to try to key in all submissions before the effective date.
We understand that some may be disappointed in this however, if we continue to take in more submissions, the expected large influx increases the risk of us not being able to submit at all. No exceptions will be made for any new submissions so that we can expedite the current submitters cards. We will try our best to submit this months submission before the closing date. If however we are not able to due to the large volume, we will announce further details regarding refunds or switching over to BGS etc.
TAG
TAG has now announced the pausing of of their Express tier, following their pause of Value Bulk and Standard. This is applicable to all retail customers. However, it is not clear if this will affect Authorised Dealers.
Regarding the pause on Value Bulk and Standard, we still have yet to hear from TAG if they have obtained management approval to allow us a one-time submission.
If you would like to take your cards back and receive a refund, you may choose to do so, on the understanding that if TAG gives us the one-time approval to submit, you will NOT be able to re-submit to TAG TCG BULK under any circumstance. You may also choose to convert to BGS if we you wish to do so. The refund or change must be done in person at the shop. Kindly expect longer waiting times for administrative processing.

| 20 |  📢 TAG GRADING UPDATE – BULK SUBMISSIONS
Hi everyone,
We want to address an important update regarding all TAG TCG Bulk Tier (aka Basic Tier) submissions (last Sunday cut-off).
Earlier this morning, TAG abruptly paused the Basic Tier across all authorised dealers and removed the submission option from the dealer dashboard without prior notice. This change was implemented immediately, despite ongoing dealer submissions that had already been accepted under this tier. As part of our standard process, we take 1–2 weeks after the submission cut-off to carefully key in all card details.
As a result, we are currently unable to proceed with entering your cards under the agreed Bulk Tier pricing, even though submissions were made in good faith before this change.
We have escalated this matter directly with TAG and our account managers, and are actively pushing for at least a one-time reinstatement of the Bulk Tier to honour all existing submissions.
Please be assured:
- Your cards are securely held with us.
- We will not move your submission to a higher-priced tier without your consent.
- We are committed to ensuring all affected submissions are processed under the originally agreed terms.
We recognise that this situation is frustrating - it is equally frustrating for us, as this was a sudden platform-level change outside of our control with no prior notice.
We will continue to push for a resolution and update everyone as soon as TAG responds.
