I reviewed every trade from my first 6 months of 2026:
35 trades 30% win rate Net profit in first half of 2026.
Here’s what the numbers and my own notes actually showed:
- Strong when I followed rules.
- Collapsed when I forced trades, ignored HTF, or revenge traded.
- Recovered only when I treated the next trade as completely fresh.
- My entries had edge. - I was the problem - especially after losses and on exits.
4 rules I’m taking into H2 2026:
1. 24-hour cooldown after any loss (no exceptions)
2. HTF bias is non-negotiable — LTF contradicting it = skip
3. Write exact exit plan before entry, then follow it mechanically
4. Never add to a loser. The strategy works when I stop sabotaging it.
