| 14 | For the past two weeks I’ve been a bit fascinated by the sky, I don’t know why, so I look at it almost every evening. In 2 weeks I saw 2 shooting stars, a meteorite and something really weird. The shooting stars you already know, it goes extremely fast and it’s not very bright. the meteorite in this case was very bright and then it divided into 3 balls of fire. It was the first time in my life that I saw this. It must have crashed a few kilometers from my home. Then the strange thing was a big white light that traveled only 400 meters and gradually went out. it was way slower than a plane. towards the end it was red. the thing was silent, was extremely bright (5 times more than a plane) and could be seen extremely well even though it wasn’t in the middle of the night (probably 10 p.m.). I honestly think that the object was about 7 kilometers away. Normally, the planes flash and make much less light. I would like to clarify that I am in the middle of the coutryside and that I am in a village with not even 1,000 inhabitants and that I do not live next to an airport or a military base.
