FBI documents and emails alleged that Robert Mueller most likely hired a hitman to murd*r Seth Rich on behalf, or in cooperation with the Clintons. It seems that Mueller was the guy to go to in order to get the job done.
An email from John Podesta also stated that he was for making an "example" out of the DNC leaker. Seth did the country a favor, revealed the truth, and paid for it with his life. The DNC wanted him dead.
Remember, Seth Rich was sh*t in the back close to his home, his wallet, keys, and cell phone were not stolen, but it was called a "botched robbery" throughout the mainstream media.
Some emails from the special counsel included:

The mechanics: wealthy Chinese nationals, including Chinese Communist Party officials, contract with American surrogates for $𝟓𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐭𝐨 $𝟔𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 a birth, using either a CCP official’s own sperm or sperm and egg shipped from China. The child is born on U.S. soil — automatically a citizen — and is typically flown back to China shortly after.
Schweizer cited two documented cases: a Chinese billionaire gaming-company owner, profiled by 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥, who has fathered more than 100 children in the U.S. this way, and a Chinese government official arrested in Southern California last year on child abuse charges, found to have 26 children born through the same surrogacy pipeline.
Senators Tom Cotton and Rick Scott have since urged Attorney General Pam Bondi to investigate the Chinese-owned surrogacy centers driving this. A congressional report estimates as many as 𝟏.𝟓 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 Chinese babies may have been born in the U.S. over the past thirteen years and raised back in China — American citizens by birth, loyalties built elsewhere.
