Reported Speech: John said that he was going to the movies that night. ✅Example 2: Direct Speech: Sarah asked, "Can you lend me your book?" Reported Speech: Sarah asked if I could lend her my book. ✅Example 3: Direct Speech: Peter shouted, "I'll be late for dinner!" Reported Speech: Peter shouted that he would be late for dinner. ✅Example 4: Direct Speech: Lisa exclaimed, "What a beautiful view!" Reported Speech: Lisa exclaimed how beautiful the view was.

Answer for this question: Adding 2xy to both sides of the equation x² + y² = xy yields x² + y²+ 2xy= 3xy. x² + y² + 2xy = (x+y)² = 3xy. Then we have been asked (x+y)⁴? so (x+y)⁴ = ((x+y)²)².
