تقنية الفي بي إن بتقدر تشفر اتصالك بالإنترنت، لكن في طرق ممكن المواقع تعرف بيها موقعك الجغرافي بدقة حتى وانت مشغل VPN.
المتصفح بتاعك بيخزن عنك معلومات كتير، من ضمن المعلومات دي موقعك الجغرافي والمنطقة الزمنية الموجود فيها (UTC +2 مثلا في مصر) وكمان لغة المتصفح وأمور أخرى.
ممكن أي موقع يعرف المعلومات دي من المتصفح من خلال استخدام بعض الفانكشنز في لغة جافا سكريبت، زي مثلا Intl.DateTimeFormat().resolvedOptions().timeZone واللي بتكشف المنطقة الزمنية اللي انت موجود فيها (Africa/Cairo) على سبيل المثال.
في طرق ممكن تستخدمها لتزييف المعلومات دي أسهلها استخدام إضافة Vytal ودي إضافة مفتوحة المصدر ومتوفرة لمتصفحات كروميوم.. تقدر من تحملها للمتصفح وتخليها تعمل مزامنة للبيانات دي مع عنوان الفي بي إن اللي بتستخدمه، بحيث تخفي معلوماتك الحقيقية وتظهر البيانات دي على المتصفح مطابقة لمعلومات المكان اللي انت متصل بيه عبر الـVPN. | 575 |
