3- لازم نعرف هاي المسطلحات شنو لان مهمه

🔴ملاحضات مهمه
1-في الانقسام الاعتيادي نهايته يعطي خلويتين بنويتين متماثلتين ومشابهات للخليه الأم
وتحتوي كل خليه على 46كرموسوم
وكل خليه تحتوي 2DNA وتكون Diploid اي 2n
2-اما الانقسام الاختزالي نتيجته في النهايه اربع خلايا كل خليه مختزله عدد الكروموسومات الى النصف اي كل خليه تحتوي على 23كرموسوم
وتحتوي كل خليه على 1DNA
وتكون hiploid
اي تكون 1n
بلتوفيق +اقرا بفهم وتركيز حتى تحفض تلقائياً

-Giant and abnormally shaped metamyelocytes
5-serum unconjugated bilirubin and LDH are raised
6-serum and red cell folate are both low
7-serum B12 is low

-complete absence of iron from stores
7-Serum iron fall
-TIBC rises
8--Serum ferritin very low
