Prophetic Prayer & Declaration
I decree and declare that this ninth month is my season of undeniable manifestation. What God planted in secret shall appear openly; what I carried in prayer shall emerge with power. Every hidden promise, delayed prophecy, and long-awaited expectation shall become visible evidence. I have waited, prayed, believed, and endured—now I shall manifest. 98 — LET SOAR BECOME A REFERENCE POINT
“This shall be written for the generation to come: and
the people which shall be created shall praise the LORD.” — Psalm 102:18 KJV

decree and declare that SOAR Conference 2026 shall become a reference point
in the history of our church! Years from now, we shall remember this Silver
Jubilee and say, “That was when something shifted!” Let testimonies
emerge that generations will recount. Let ministries be born, callings
activated, families restored and destinies redirected! May children yet unborn
hear what God did when we gathered to HOST GOD. This shall not disappear as
another event on our calendar. SOAR 2026 shall become history written by the
finger of God—a memorial of His faithfulness, power and glory! In Jesus’
mighty name. Amen.
PRAYER
99 — OUR EXPECTATIONS SHALL NOT BE CUT OFF
“For surely there is an end; and thine expectation
shall not be cut off.” — Proverbs 23:18 KJV

decree and declare that none of our godly expectations for SOAR Conference
2026 shall be cut off! Our expectation for revival shall manifest! Our
expectation for souls shall manifest! Our expectation for 6,000 and beyond
shall manifest! Our expectation for financial provision shall manifest! Our
expectation for miracles, safety, transformation and divine visitation shall
manifest! We shall not fast in vain! We shall not pray in vain! We shall not
prepare in vain! Our eyes shall see what our hearts have believed. Every
righteous expectation we have carried before God shall return as a testimony!

100 — LORD, HOST US AS WE HOST YOU
“And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us: and

decree and declare that SOAR Conference 2026 — HOSTING GOD shall become an
unforgettable habitation of divine glory! Lord, as we prepare a place for
You, prepare us for Yourself! Establish every prayer, sacrifice, seed and labor
of our hands. Let 6,000 and beyond gather; let souls be saved, bodies
healed, families restored, bills paid and destinies transformed! Let God
come! Let glory fall! Let revival break out! Let Jesus be magnified!
Twenty-five years brought us here; grace shall carry us farther. SOAR shall
begin with expectation, explode with visitation and end with undeniable
testimonies! In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

94 — LET EVERY PROPHECY OVER THIS CHURCH SPEAK
“For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at
the end it shall speak, and not lie.” — Habakkuk 2:3 KJV

decree and declare that every genuine prophetic word God has spoken over
this church shall speak in this Silver Jubilee season! Let dormant promises
awaken! Let delayed visions find expression! Let seeds planted through
twenty-five years produce extraordinary harvest! Every word concerning growth,
expansion, influence, souls, resources and Kingdom impact shall manifest. The
vision shall speak! The prophecy shall speak! The promises shall speak!
What appeared delayed shall not be denied. SOAR 2026 shall become an appointed
season when old prayers meet new manifestations and yesterday’s prophecies

PRAYER
95 — LET THE NEXT GENERATION GO FARTHER
“Instead of thy fathers shall be thy children, whom
thou mayest make princes in all the earth.” — Psalm 45:16 KJV

decree and declare that the next generation arising from this house shall go
farther than the generation before them! Our children shall stand on our
shoulders and exceed our accomplishments! They shall inherit our faith without
inheriting our limitations. Let apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors,
entrepreneurs, professionals and nation-builders arise from among them! Our
ceiling shall become their floor! Our victories shall become their starting
point! Through SOAR 2026, let fresh fire pass from one generation to
another. Twenty-five years from now, may they still be carrying the flame and

96 — LET OUR CHURCH BREAK FORTH ON EVERY SIDE
“For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on
the left.” — Isaiah 54:3 KJV

decree and declare unprecedented expansion over our church from this Silver
Jubilee forward! We shall break forth spiritually, numerically, financially
and territorially! I declare new souls, new leaders, new ministries, new
opportunities and new territories! Every limitation restricting our Kingdom
impact shall break. We shall break forth on the right! We shall break forth
on the left! Our influence shall penetrate families, communities,
institutions and nations. The next twenty-five years shall witness
multiplication beyond our present imagination. We shall not shrink, retreat or
stagnate. By the hand of God, we shall advance, enlarge and multiply! In Jesus’

PRAYER
97 — LET THE AFTERMATH BE GREATER THAN THE EVENT
“And the word of God increased; and the number of the
disciples multiplied in Jerusalem greatly.” — Acts 6:7 KJV

decree and declare that the greatest evidence of SOAR 2026 shall appear
after the conference! When the lights go down and the stages are
dismantled, revival shall continue! Let prayer meetings grow, disciples
multiply, evangelism intensify and testimonies increase. I reject the pattern
of spiritual excitement followed by decline. SOAR shall ignite momentum, not
merely create memories! Weeks and months afterward, let the Word continue
increasing and disciples continue multiplying. May our church emerge stronger,
deeper, larger and more passionate for Jesus. The conference shall finish, but

89 — LET THE IMPACT GO BEYOND THE CONFERENCE VENUE

decree and declare that the impact of SOAR 2026 shall travel beyond our
auditorium! Let the Word penetrate homes, offices, schools, businesses,
nations and digital spaces! Let messages be replayed, testimonies retold and
conference materials shared far beyond those physically present. One
conference shall touch thousands who never entered the building! Let social
media become a missionary field and every recording become a carrier of divine
encounter. Weeks, months and years after SOAR, let people continue encountering
God through what was captured. The Word of the Lord shall spread throughout the

90 — LET GOD CROWN SOAR WITH GOODNESS
“Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy
paths drop fatness.” — Psalm 65:11 KJV

decree and declare that God shall crown SOAR Conference 2026 with His
goodness! From the first preparation meeting to the final departure,
goodness shall surround us! Let every service exceed expectation and every day
produce testimonies. I declare that no painful incident shall stain this Silver
Jubilee celebration. We began by faith; we shall finish with thanksgiving!
When the conference ends, we shall count souls, miracles, transformed lives,
provisions and answered prayers. Our mouths shall be filled with praise and our
hearts with gratitude. SOAR 2026 shall be crowned with goodness, glory and

91 — LET GOD DO A NEW THING

We refuse to limit God to previous experiences, testimonies or patterns! Let
fresh dimensions of His glory break forth! Let unprecedented miracles happen
and unusual testimonies emerge! I declare new doors, new encounters, new
beginnings and new possibilities! What eyes have not seen among us shall
emerge! This Silver Jubilee shall become a spiritual turning point. The God
who carried us through twenty-five years shall surprise us with something

before Almighty God! Every financial impossibility bows! Every logistical
impossibility bows! Every attendance limitation bows! Every technical challenge
bows! Every impossible medical condition bows! I refuse to measure our
conference by human resources alone. With God, nothing shall be impossible!
Where men say, “It cannot happen,” God shall make a way. Where calculations
say, “It is not enough,” multiplication shall answer! Where circumstances say,
“Too late,” divine speed shall arise! Every mountain shall become a testimony

decree and declare that our preparation for SOAR shall create room for the
presence of God! As we clean, organize, rehearse, pray, fast, give and
serve, let every act become worship! We shall not prepare only stages and
seats; we shall prepare an habitation for God! Let every department
understand the sacredness of its assignment. May excellence become our offering
and consecration become our fragrance. When the doors finally open and
thousands gather, let Heaven respond to our preparation with overwhelming
glory. We prepare the house; God shall fill the house! In Jesus’ mighty

85 — LET GOD TAKE CONTROL OF EVERY SCHEDULE

decree and declare divine control over every schedule, program and timing at
SOAR Conference 2026! Let every session begin and conclude according to
wisdom. Give sensitivity to know when to follow the program and when to yield
to the Holy Ghost. I rebuke unnecessary delays, confusion and wasted time. Our
schedules shall serve God’s purpose; God’s purpose shall never become a
prisoner of our schedules! Let every transition be seamless and every
moment purposeful. Holy Spirit, direct our steps, govern our timing and
interrupt us whenever Heaven has something greater than what we planned! In

86 — LET OUR CITY EXPERIENCE PEACE DURING SOAR

decree and declare peace over our city throughout SOAR Conference 2026!
I rebuke violence, unrest, riots, insecurity, unnecessary road disruptions and
every disturbance capable of affecting attendance. Let peace reign on our
streets and safety prevail around our venue! I speak order over transportation
routes and calm over every neighborhood surrounding the conference. Nothing
happening within our city shall hinder what God has ordained at SOAR! Our
participants shall travel without fear and worship without anxiety. May the
peace of God rest upon our city, and may SOAR itself become an instrument of

87 — LET NO GOOD THING BE MISSING
“The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they

decree and declare that SOAR Conference shall lack no good thing!
Whatever is necessary for divine purpose shall be available in abundance! We
shall not lack money! We shall not lack workers! We shall not lack equipment!
We shall not lack wisdom! We shall not lack favor! We shall not lack strength!
We shall not lack spiritual power! Every need shall meet divine supply!
Where our calculations reveal insufficiency, Jehovah-Jireh shall reveal His
provision. We shall look back after the conference and testify that nothing
essential was missing and nothing God ordained was abandoned for lack of

88 — LET THE NAME OF JESUS ALONE BE MAGNIFIED

decree and declare that SOAR 2026 shall launch our church into twenty-five
greater years! We enlarge our expectation! We lengthen our cords! We
strengthen our stakes! I declare greater territories, greater influence,
greater campuses, greater missions, greater resources and greater Kingdom
impact! The next season shall not be smaller than the last. We shall break
forth on the right and on the left! What God built in twenty-five years
shall become the foundation for unprecedented expansion. Our Silver Jubilee
shall not become a monument to yesterday; it shall become a doorway into

2026! Let the blood speak protection, mercy, victory and preservation over
every minister, worker, participant and family! I silence every contrary voice
speaking disaster, failure, confusion or tragedy. The blood shall speak
better things! I cover our venue, journeys, equipment, finances and every
activity connected to SOAR. No evil shall penetrate this divine covering! From
preparation to conclusion, the blood of Jesus shall speak continually, and its

82 — LET EVERY GATE OPEN FOR SOAR

now! Financial gates—open! Publicity gates—open! Partnership gates—open!
Governmental gates—open! Media gates—open! Territorial gates—open! Every
ancient resistance standing before this conference shall bow to the King of
glory! I declare unrestricted access to every resource, relationship and
opportunity required for success. No gate shall be stronger than our God!
As we prepare to HOST GOD, let the King of glory enter our city, our church and

83 — LET EVERY DEPARTMENT RECEIVE HELPERS

decree and declare divine helpers for every department preparing for SOAR
Conference! No leader shall carry an assignment alone! Let competent,
committed and dependable people arise. Where manpower is lacking, send workers!
Where expertise is lacking, send specialists! Where resources are lacking, send
providers! I call forth mighty men and women of valor who will strengthen weak
hands and lighten heavy burdens. Every gap shall receive a helper! Every

2026! We shall not merely have enough—we shall have abundance! Enough
finances! Enough workers! Enough equipment! Enough transportation! Enough
accommodation! Enough materials! Enough strength! Enough wisdom! I rebuke
scarcity and shortage. Nothing shall finish before its assignment is
completed! As Jesus multiplied five loaves and two fishes, let every
resource committed to SOAR multiply under divine blessing. We shall accomplish
everything Heaven has placed in our hearts and still have testimonies of

76 — LET EVERY GUEST MINISTER ARRIVE WITH A WORD

decree and declare that every minister coming to SOAR 2026 shall arrive
carrying a specific Word from God! No generic message! No empty
performance! No recycled revelation without present divine breath! Let the Word
of the Lord come expressly for this house, this anniversary and this season.
Give every speaker prophetic insight into what Heaven intends to accomplish
among us. Let messages locate destinies, answer questions, unlock seasons
and activate callings! May every minister know when to speak, what to speak
and how to speak. Our pulpits shall become channels through which Heaven
addresses earth! In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

77 — LET THE CHOIR CARRY THE GLORY

decree and declare the glory of God upon every worshipper, singer and
instrumentalist at SOAR Conference! Let skill meet anointing and excellence
meet spiritual depth! I reject performance without presence and music without
ministry. As voices rise, let glory descend! Let worship heal hearts, break
chains and prepare people for divine encounters. May musicians become
ministers and songs become spiritual weapons! Let rehearsals carry
consecration and ministrations carry power. As we worship in unity, may the
house become so saturated with God that human activity bows before divine

78 — LET CHILDREN AND FAMILIES BE PROTECTED

decree and declare divine protection over every family attending SOAR
Conference 2026! I cover our children, teenagers, parents and elderly
participants with the blood of Jesus. There shall be no missing child, no
accident, no injury, no sickness and no security incident! Give exceptional
vigilance to children’s workers, ushers, parents and security teams. Every
family shall enter safely, worship peacefully and return home completely!
Satan shall not exchange our celebration for sorrow. The Lord shall establish
and preserve us from evil. SOAR shall leave families with testimonies of

79 — LET FOLLOW-UP PRESERVE THE HARVEST
“And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’

memorial of God’s faithfulness! Twenty-five years shall not merely
represent the passage of time; they shall testify that God sustained,
preserved, provided and carried us! We remember battles He won, doors He
opened, souls He saved and generations He touched. Yet I declare that this memorial
shall become a launching pad into greater exploits! The God who kept us
yesterday shall carry us tomorrow! Generations shall look back at SOAR 2026
and say, “Something shifted there!” Our Silver Jubilee shall mark the beginning

40 — HOSTING GOD, NOT MERELY HOSTING PEOPLE

SOAR Conference 2026! We refuse to organize an impressive conference
without divine presence! We refuse crowds without encounters, music without
glory, preaching without power and celebration without visitation! Lord, invade

to host thousands—we are preparing to HOST GOD! Let Your presence become

unquenchable spiritual fire! Let every service carry fresh intensity, fresh
hunger and fresh encounters! I reject coldness, routine and spiritual dryness.

fire! I declare that nobody shall sit under this atmosphere and remain
spiritually indifferent. Every dead altar shall live again! Every fading
flame shall burn again! Every sleeping giant shall rise again! The fire

destroy apathy, excuses and indifference. Thousands of personal invitations
shall produce thousands of responses! We shall fill our vehicles, fill our

investment for SOAR 2026! No flyer shall be wasted! No banner shall be
wasted! No radio announcement shall be wasted! No social-media campaign shall
be wasted! No video, graphic, text message or personal invitation shall return
empty! Let every publicity channel generate awareness, curiosity, expectation
and attendance. I declare that the message of SOAR shall grow mightily and
prevail over competing voices and distractions. Our publicity shall travel
farther, penetrate deeper and produce greater results than our resources can
naturally explain! The right people shall see it, respond and come! In

35 — DIVINE FAVOR WITH AUTHORITIES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

and transaction connected to SOAR Conference! Wherever we require
cooperation from authorities, vendors, hotels, transporters, technicians,

productive. I reject exploitation, hostility and unreasonable demands! People

Conference 2026! Every essential commitment shall stand! I rebuke
disruptive cancellations, sudden withdrawals, avoidable disappointments and
last-minute confusion. Guest ministers shall arrive as scheduled! Equipment
shall arrive as scheduled! Accommodation shall remain secured! Transportation
arrangements shall stand! Every legitimate agreement necessary for the
conference shall be honored. Where adjustments become necessary, God shall
provide something better without stress or loss. Nothing critical shall
collapse at the eleventh hour! The Lord shall establish our plans, preserve

prophetically to every seat: receive your occupant! I call forth men and women

I declare smooth departures, timely arrivals and peaceful returns. No
journey connected to SOAR shall end in sorrow! The God who preserves our
