I run a $60k MRR agency solo and don't manually deliver a single client task the secret: a distribution OS I built myself with Claude Code 7 custom services running on my own VPS, coordinated by a tiny orchestrator i wrote in 3 weeks Here's my architecture ⬇️ https://x.com/DeRonin_/status/2067623666431529188

How to get a job as an AI Automation Engineer: AI automation is one of those fields where it's actually easier to get a job through non-traditional paths companies need people who can wire AI into their existing tools, automate workflows, and save them 40+ hours a week they don't care where you learned it so, here's my workflow for getting a job as an AI Automation Engineer ⬇️ https://x.com/DeRonin_/status/2058843938220388371

IDEA: reselling open-source repos to businesses. the play nobody talks about thousands of Github repos solve real business problems. free. open. production-ready and 99% of businesses will never find them here's how to turn ANY open-sourced solution into $2,000-5,000/month per client: https://x.com/DeRonin_/status/2057412483334250902

CONTEXT: one guy is making $3.6M/year buying dying iOS apps for $2-3k and reviving them with subscriptions QUESTIONS I had after reading this: 1. how do you find these apps? 2. how do you value them? 3. how do you reach the developers? 4. how do you handle the transfer? 5. how do you monetize? 6. how do you scale to 220+? spent the weekend on each one, here's what I found: [ 1. finding the apps ]: - Appfigures, data.ai, or AppMagic for the data layer - filter: 50k+ lifetime downloads, last update over 18 months, still indexed - Wayback Machine for the app's old developer website. dead site = dead developer = motivated seller [ 2. valuing them ]: - pull historical revenue estimates from Appfigures, 80% accurate for ballpark - $2-3k makes sense for apps doing $200-1000/month with a cleanable user base - never overpay before you see the App Store Connect dashboard [ 3. reaching developers ]: - email is in the App Store listing under Developer Website → privacy policy → contact - LinkedIn search the company name, find the founder - if it's a 2018-era app, the developer has a day job now and forgot it existed, that's your seller [ 4. the transfer ]: - Apple supports developer-to-developer App Store transfers natively, 24-48 hour turnaround - simple asset purchase agreement, templates online or $200 to a lawyer - escrow.com for payment if either party is unknown [ 5. monetizing ]: - offshore dev for $400-800/month via Onlinejobs.ph or Upwork - paywall subscription via RevenueCat (free tier), AdMob or AppLovin SDK for ads - refresh icon, screenshots, description, keywords for ASO bump - 14-day soft launch, watch retention, iterate [ 6. scaling to 220+ ]: - one dev per 10-15 apps, rotating maintenance - standardized template for the subscription + ad stack, each new app costs under 40 hours to launch - portfolio dashboard in Notion or AppFigures enterprise the unsexy answer: this is mostly research and outreach, not coding. 80% of the work is finding the right apps and convincing devs to sell. the technical layer is the easy part P.S. before anyone says "this is illegal", App Store transfers are an official Apple feature. same model as flipping domains, just with more steps

Do you understand what Repowise just open-sourced??? half the cost and twice the speed by indexing your codebase into a graph your AI queries directly [ literally how it helps EACH user ]: - vibe coder shipping with Claude Code: stop accepting AI edits that silently break files Claude didn't know existed - founder using Claude as their dev team: see what's actually in your codebase, not what Claude remembers from last session - solo dev returning to old code: skip the archaeology, ask repowise where the logic lives - Claude Code power user: 5 MCP calls replace 30 grep+read calls per task - anyone debugging code they didn't write: hotspot detection shows where bugs actually live, not what Claude guesses How to use it correctly below ⬇️ https://x.com/DeRonin_/status/2055960222372368477

Do you understand what Browserbase just open-sourced??? an agent that learns any website once, then does the job 10x cheaper forever [ literally how it helps me ]: - writing scrapers for new sites (used to spend half a day per site, every single time) - chasing selectors when sites redesign on a tuesday (lost weeks to this) - digging out hidden APIs buried in network traffic (gave up on this too many times) - explaining to my team HOW the agent does the job (was impossible until now) Autobrowse figured all of that out by itself in 3-5 iterations and saved the answer as a markdown file the next agent reads BEFORE it starts [ how it actually works ] ⬇️ https://x.com/DeRonin_/status/2052697237856088114
