Hasashi Tanno (Japan Teachers’ Union) was elected as Chairperson of the EI Asia-Pacific Regional Committee, with Correna Haythorpe (Australian Education Union) and Fouzi Bin Singon (National Union of the Teaching Profession, Malaysia) elected as Vice Chairpersons.
