Staring out at the beach, I saw each grain of sand as a piece of time given to me. I could let them slip away or I could take a stand and truly experience it. Watch the waves smash against the shore, feel the sea breeze on your face, and breathe in that salty sea air. This trip was about embracing every powerful moment.
