DOP मतलब Departement Of Personal , कार्मिक विभाग

In Rajasthan, for the past few years, permanent vacancy for nursing officer has been based on merit and bonus.
Now, the next vacancy for nursing officer in Rajasthan will be based on exam, and this is a reply to an RTI directly from DOP.
DOP means Department of Personnel.
Now it has been fixed that the vacancy will be exam based, so this is a good opportunity for the people of Rajasthan to work in their own district hospital near their home.
