People were spamming fake Q posts on the board all night and Trump was also posting all night. It's not really that surprising if one of the dozens of fake Q posts happens to line up with one of the dozens of Trump posts.
They obviously timed the fake posts for when Trump was posting a lot and went fishing for one.
It's not a zero delta unless it has a trip and Q claims it.
