It's time to focus. The best day of the week to make progress will always be today. Set the bar high for what you want to achieve. We are almost 9 whole months into 2023, how close are you to your goals? It's never too late to start working, start planning and start executing. You directly control the results. Your actions now, have a direct effect on your future. Only you have the control on what happens next, through what you do now. So stay present and push yourself beyond what you know now. Educate and expand your mind for your own self growth. You are the foundation of your life. If you are not balanced and strong then your life will reflect this back to you. However if you've taken the time to understand yourself and how your mind works best, you'll find the path towards your higher self. In doing so, you'll begin to find life reflecting the reality you seek. It's okay to take breaks and even question yourself at times. But it'll never be okay to give up, so keep pushing forward! I only know what I've been through and experienced. My finding have shown me that positivity and negativity are both needed in order to find balance. The positive forces you to drive forward while the negatives teach you the most valuable lessons in preparation of your journey. Stay balanced and true to yourself. You will achieve greatness I promise you. We have 3 months to make 2023 a defining one.

If you're not happy with where you're at then surely that's enough motivation to create change. Stop talking about it, just go out and do it. I have been guilty of this myself in the past, spending so much time complaining and not executing. Spending time saying what I want to do, but not actually doing it. Well execution is what counts not the words. Knowledge is power but executing on your knowledge is even more powerful! If you aren't happy then push forward, you already know what you need to do. You already know what you want so, just do it! Too often we waste time talking/standing still and not benefiting ourselves in anyway. Well that needs to change. If you are not happy then start changing. Start with your daily routine, focus and stay dedicated to yourself. Change your thought process to accept hardship and change. We create our reality through our thoughts, so give yourself power and push through anything. I believe in you.

Life is hard! Sounds depressing I know but it’s true. We have to know and work out so many things just to survive. How will I pay my bills? How will I put clothes on my back? What clothes should I have? What food should I feed myself and my family? Who should I be friends with? How will I afford to travel? How can I be happy? I can I be successful? How can I afford to pay my taxes? What will I do now this person has passed on? How will I care for my children? The list is endless. However those who continue to push on, in the face of adversity are those who succeed. That can be any form of success, the main one being the success of your life’s dream and vision. We are all playing in the same game just at different levels. Some people are comfortable/happy with a certain level of success and there’s nothing wrong with that. It’s all about what makes you happy. You must be willing to take the hits that life throws at you. You have to be willing to get back up when you are knocked down. You have to be relentless and throw your punches back at it. You do that in the form of recognising the lessons, recognising the patterns and recognising what steps you need to take in order to not take a hit like that again. Focus your mind and push past the pain, hardship and suffering in life. You will survive and you will rise to new heights every time. Believe in yourself. Believe in the journey. “Be not afraid of greatness, for success is hardship conquered”
