Sparking change 🧠 This video dives deeper into how you can create massive change within your life. At times you may have goals but you’re just drifting along with no real sense of urgency or drive. This video addresses that and how to create that urgency and how to create real and lasting change. 💙

One thing you’ll all get to witness is the difficult journey of building a platform from scratch. The podcast is an immense passion project, something I’ve been wanting to do even before I ever came across trading. Only now have I executed on it. Once I found the route I’ve pivoted everything and gone all in! I already know it’s going to be a major platform. However, in the mean time I have to level up my skills and acquire guests with value. I get turned down often by big players in the industry either because I’m to small a platform or they don’t like podcasts. However, just like with any pursuit of greatness you cannot be discouraged by a “no”, “loss” or “failure”. You pivot and push on and I promise you people who ignore or say no today will be reaching out later. Spinning plates. 🧠 This video touches on something that many of us face, which is trying to maintain many roles in life. Could be a boss, an employee, a parent, a sibling, a child, a friend etc. A lot of people struggle to be perfect and find balance managing all these roles. This is my advise on how you should think about it and go about it. I too have so many titles. Mentor, father, husband, son, friend and even just my personal projects too. So it’s something I’ve had to think about deeply to be able to stay focused and effective in each. 🫡

Pain tolerance is a concept I thought about when watching a TV show called Dopesick. A very interesting and focused topic on what we need to do as traders. So many focus on avoiding losses when in reality this only does them harm in the long run. Building your tolerance to losses is what’s necessary. 🫡

10 years and the message is just as relevant. Never ask for easy. Nothing is gained from any “fast” or “easy” route. Its in the trenches that you are moulded and gain the skills necessary to push forward. Longevity requires blood, sweat and tears. Embrace it. It’s nothing to be scared of, it’s something to be excited by. Excited to proof yourself to yourself. Excited to be more. Excited to be far above average. Excited to be in the elite few who actually try. Here’s to the next 10 years! 🫡
