9	Hello everyone, I want to discuss one important point with you today regarding the Tax Law subject. As you know, for CS Executive, the last exam for Income Tax Act, 1961 will be December 2026. From June 2027 onwards, the New Income Tax Act will be applicable. Now, here’s what I want to say: If you’ve already cleared Module 1 and you’re planning to give Module 2 in December 2026, then go ahead. There’s no point skipping it — you’ll still give the exam under the old Income Tax Act. But if you’re a student who hasn’t given any module yet and you’re confused whether to give Module 1 or Module 2 first, then I’d suggest you give Module 1 first. Don’t go for Module 2. Why? Because these are professional exams and the passing rate is low — we all know that. So why take the risk? If you give Module 2 now under the old Act and you don’t clear it for any reason, then in June 2027 you’ll have to study the New Income Tax Act from scratch. All sections will change, and that’ll create unnecessary confusion. So if you have to study something new anyway, better to study the New Income Tax Act directly. Give Module 2 in June 2027 with the new law. Don’t waste time on the old one now. That said, if you’re confident that you can clear Module 2 in December 2026, and you’re okay with 3 subjects in Module 1, then you can go ahead. I’m not forcing you to give Module 1 first. This is just my point of view. Also, if your Module 1 is already clear and only Module 2 is left, then obviously you have to give Module 2. And if you just gave Module 1 in June and you’re sure you’ll clear it, then again, give Module 2. But if you don’t clear Module 1 in June and you’re thinking “I’ll just give Module 2 and get Tax over with” — don’t do that. Clear Module 1 first. For Module 2, wait and study the New Income Tax Act properly for June 2027. This is my thinking and my point of view. You’re free to have your own. Thank you.	337

18	Here’s something I’ve noticed and I think students need to hear this. After exams end, or even throughout the year, a lot of academies keep launching offers for classes. “Offer for 2-3 days only” — that kind of thing. But here’s the problem: their demo classes only start 1-2 days AFTER the offer ends. Think about it. What’s the purpose of a demo class? It’s so we can decide if we want to take the classes or not. If the teaching is good, if the teacher’s style suits us, only then should we pay and commit, right? But academies are forcing us to pay BEFORE the demos even start. On what basis are we supposed to take the classes then? Okay, let’s say we make the payment because of FOMO. Then we watch the demo and the teacher’s teaching doesn’t click with us. Now what? Most places don’t even give refunds. So this whole “pay first, demo later” thing is just wrong. Guys, please watch the demo first. Then decide. Then pay. Don’t get trapped in offers and discounts. The class is for your future — not for saving a few bucks. Demo first, payment later. That’s it.	462
