Technically from the last support i was totally bullish due to many factors
Japanese authorities are facing renewed pressure to combat a continued yen fall driven by market expectations that the Bank of Japan will keep interest rates ultra-low, even as other central banks tighten monetary policy to curb inflation. But now pair is near to the horizontal resistance where chance to create double Top structure and may see fall again.

A simple price action can be seen pair approaching the local resistance where chance to get rejection very soon. After a sudden sharp move a good Correction phase is coming for good bearish move need a rejection on the resistance. The biggest reason for the drop i think the narrative of ECB is changing and we are reaching the peak of ecb rates very soon.

Simple two scenario i am watching pair drop during the fundamental of last week. During unemployment we have seen its recovery and dxy complete its 61% fibo retracement during the last london session. If price hold the resistance after hitting the zone of resistance we may see drop down. 2nd scenario is price straight away break the resistance close above the zone. First london session will be important

During All fundamental Data pair badly drop . All data on Gbp was negative which gave more weakness which we have seen during the last week. Price break its short ascending trendline support and comes near the major trendline where i am watching locally long. Here its impulsive move also completing its 61% fibo retracement and major demand zone also exist here which may push the price up.
