O Daniel Tausk e matemático da USP (mas presta, é realmente competente), e ensinou estatística e análise de dados pra muita gente que salvou muitas vidas com o aprendizado.

Postei uma atualização da saga das máscaras no meu Substack enquanto meu Facebook estava fora do ar. O Substack é na verdade bem melhor para escrever textos longos, eu deveria adotar o hábito de postar o texto completo lá e só o link e uma chamada aqui. Neste episódio, comento o erro de um outro crítico do meu artigo das máscaras, dessa vez é um erro que dá para explicar para uma criança de 10 anos de idade. Ele tem um canal grande onde faz divulgação sobre análise de dados. Além do mais, a Folha de São Paulo publicou a crítica dele. O episódio termina com uma publicação dele no Journal of Comments and Replications in Economics, juntamente com a publicação da minha resposta na mesma revista. Óbvio que não é bem isso que está escrito, mas realmente os erros nos cursos de humanas contaminaram toda a civilização!!
Mudaram pra pior o jeito de pensar.
E como cursos de humanas acabam sendo menos trabalhosos na formação, carga horária mais tranquila, mais baratos de se fornecer, e ainda por cima tem o pilar central (direito) que trata justamente no agir do estado moendo a liberdade individual, acabou que os cursos de humanas asfixiaram a humanidade, a liberdade.
E, sem juízo de valor, mas é verdade: os melhores alunos nunca vão fazer cursos pra virarem professores. Querem carreira de prestígio $$$
Sobram os alunos medíocres para pegarem essas carreiras. Que caem em qualquer bobagem de Paulo freire ou todes.
Profissão bem exercida e aprendida tem valor igual, seja professor, médico, advogado, contador, etc.
Mas realmente as de humanos foram de onde o rastilho de pólvora começou.
