I think about the importance of testosterone a lot, like hippies talk about DMT being the "God molecule" and shit, no bro TEST is the God molecule. Looks to me like China is trying to create a Minerals Cartel in the same vein as the US Petro Dollar Cartel. It appears as though china is trying to corner iron and rare earths specifically. If you are unaware the Petro Dollar is the reason for the US economic supremacy and why our government is able to print money seemingly infinitely. As all transactions involving oil the world over must be made in US dollars this gives us tremendous spending power. We built and maintain this petro dollar system through military might. If China is attempting to build a similar system with minerals the western world is in for a real world of hurt. The only question is does China have the military capacity to enforce this cartel?
