I happened to catch part of Scott Adams' stream about two weeks ago. Said he was converting to Christianity on the idea of Pascal's wager. Add his epiphanies on vaccines and race and jewish power, and he was a repeat case of 140 IQ and yet late to the party. The vaccine part may have killed him; as with the other millions, we'll never know for sure. Two things he wasn't: a coward or a liar. He may have been slow to come to conclusions that seem obvious to the rest of us, but he didn't intentionally avoid them so as to protect his social standing. This makes him an infinitely better man than the bulk of our critics and opponents. He didn't let slurs define or short-circuit his thinking.
