You attract what you reflect. To find quality, be quality.

Power or Money: Which is Better? Power is Tricky: Having power means you have to be very responsible. - If you use power on others, they might not like you. - If you don't use your power, people might think you're not doing your job. Why People Want Power Some people want power to make money, scare their enemies, or be famous. But if they lose their power, they also lose their money and respect. Money Can Be Better Money earned the right way can make you happy and give you peace. Money is usually safer than power. Who Looks for Power? Power often attracts those from less affluent backgrounds looking to carve out a place for themselves or who see it as a shortcut to importance. Wealthy individuals might not pursue power as aggressively, having already found their contentment in life's pleasures. What I Would Choose If I had to choose, I'd pick money earned in a good way over power. Money is safer and makes life easier.

Your ambition is dampened by constantly being around those who settle for mediocrity

Focus on your growth Cultivate your potential Inspire your circle Strengthen your community Impact the world. In that order.

No discipline = no success Lack of ambition = acceptance of mediocrity Avoiding challenges = fearing growth Ignoring health = neglecting wealth Shunning responsibility = denying leadership Preferring comfort = missing opportunities Rejecting feedback = stagnation of character Fear of failure = barrier to achievement Disregarding education = limiting potential.

You learn a lot about people when they don't get what they want from you.

If you are both competent and charming, you thrive. If you are incompetent and charming, you survive. If you are offensive or boring, and competent, you survive. If you are neither competent nor charming, you die.

Talk less, listen more. Your silence speaks volumes. Let them underestimate you.

Respect is earned, not freely given. A man gains honor through his actions, not his words. Hence, Actions are your currency, Integrity is your wealth.

A lot of success in life boils down to whether you can handle long periods of time alone undistracted, focused and diligently working on your long-term goals.

Discipline today, freedom tomorrow. Procrastination today, regret tomorrow. If you crave freedom but struggle with procrastination, read this thread: https://twitter.com/Mindset_Machine/status/1773698916287930878

Stop chasing approval. Set your default expectation as not being liked by everyone. Embrace it and find peace. When someone does like you, it's a bonus, not a necessity. Caring about being liked isn't a universal need for men. Respect over popularity. Competence and ruthlessness earn respect; approval is a byproduct.

You will be free when you understand that the cage where you live is made of thoughts.

Don't laugh if you don't find something funny. Most men do it to please others and get their validation. You're not most men.

Your work ethic is how you prove to God that you are worthy of the things you wish for. Read that again…

Confidence attracts; neediness repels.

We all have inner demons to fight. We call these demons fear, hatred and anger. If you do not conquer them then a life of one hundred years is a tragedy. If you do, then a life of a single day can be a triumph
