The company structure is a diagram that shows all departments and how they are connected. Each department highlights key roles: supervisor, deputy supervisor, and employees.
A well-organized company structure helps you use Bitrix24 to its full potential. It affects access permissions, tasks, reports, chats, projects, and other tools.
With the company structure, you can:
Manage access: Quickly give permissions for entire departments, such as access to the CRM or Marketing sections.
Automate processes: Automatically route workflows and employee reports to supervisors.
Organize communication: Add entire departments to chats, workgroups, and projects.
Track performance: View subordinates' tasks and monitor their workload.

Resource Booking: Set Up A CRM Form
The Resource booking option in a CRM form allows your clients to reserve services online.
They can provide their contact info, pick a user and a service, and select a date and time to schedule an appointment.
To add the Book a resource field to a CRM form:
Go to CRM > Sales > Sales channels > CRM forms. Add a new form or edit an existing form.
Customize Your Book A Resource Field
The settings window opens up in the center of the screen.
It is split into two parts: the left part shows the settings of your fields' elements and the right part shows your CRM form in preview mode. Here you can customize the way the field's elements are displayed and preview the changes.
How It Works
The form can be placed on the site, sent to the client in the chat, or posted on the social networking page.
In the CRM form, the customer fills in a name and a phone number, picks a user and a service, and selects a date and time to schedule an appointment.
Once the client has filled out the form, a lead or a deal (depending on the form settings) is created in CRM. It records the client's contact information and all the information about the booking. You can contact the client later to confirm an appointment.

Change Bitrix24 Name And Logo 📇
Bitrix24 is a unified workspace for employees. Customize it to reflect your brand by replacing Bitrix24 in the top right of the screen with your company name or logo.
To access these settings:
- Click on the toggles icon at the top right.
- Select Settings in the widget.
- Open the My Bitrix24 tab.
Change Bitrix24 to your company name
Specify your company name, for example, MyHouse.
It will be placed at the top right instead of Bitrix, visible to all employees.
However, the number 24 will remain: MyHouse 24. Use the toggle switch to remove "24" from the company name.
Only administrators can change the account name or add a logo.

Invite Employees or Guests to a Collab
Collab is a place to work with external teams and clients.
You can chat, share files, set tasks and schedule meetings within one project.
For example, you work in an architectural firm and are designing a new apartment complex. Invite contractors, landscape designers and clients to the collab. All participants will be able to quickly solve working issues.
Open the collab chat and click Add (+) in the upper right corner, select the Employees tab.
There are three ways to invite a guest:
By link 🔗
By phone number📱
By email 📧
You can invite an external contractor or a client that is not in your Bitrix24 to the collab. Click Add (+) in the upper right corner and open the Guests tab.
If the guest has confirmed the invitation, the role "Guest" will be displayed. If not, the profile will show "Invitation was not accepted".
You can invite an external user only by email in the On-Premise version of Bitrix24.

Change Profile Details And Layout 📇
In Bitrix24, every employee has a personal profile page with key details such as their name, contact information, department, position, and more.
Employees can edit only their own profiles, while Bitrix24 administrators can update any employee’s profile if needed.
You can update your profile information and change your photo.
Bitrix24 offers two profile layouts: Custom layout and Standard layout.
Custom layout lets employees choose which fields to display and their order.
Standard layout is set by account administrators so all profiles look the same.
Employees can switch between layouts at any time.

Protect Data in The Bitrix24 Mobile App 📱
In the Bitrix24 mobile app, you can restrict employees from taking screenshots, recording the screen, or copying text. This helps protect confidential information from being leaked.
You can enable these restrictions for specific employees or entire departments.
For example, for those working with personal data, trade secrets, or other important documents.
Disable Screenshots
When employees try to take a screenshot or record the screen, they will see a message about the restriction. The screenshot or video will not be saved.
Disable text copying
Employees can send messages to each other within the app but cannot copy and send text outside Bitrix24.
The restriction applies to the entire mobile app interface, not to specific documents or sections.

Chat distribution modes affect reply time and agent workload. Bitrix24 administrators can set it up.
Decide whether assign chats evenly, exactly as enqueued, or to everyone at once.
For the Evenly and Exactly as enqueued modes, you can enable additional settings, such as limit the time before transferring to the next agent and the number of simultaneous enquiries per agent.
Bitrix24 can assign a chat directly to the responsible person in CRM, helping the customer get a faster response from someone familiar with their case.
If no one picks up a conversation, Bitrix24 will search for an available agent. If no agents are available, the chat will remain in the queue.
Unassigned conversations return to the queue or automatically close after 30 days.

Click your profile photo, then click Clock in. At the end of the day, click Clock out. Use the widget options to change the clock-in or clock-out times.
Mobile app 📱
Tap your profile photo in the top left corner, go to the Worktime section, and tap Clock in. Use the same menu to clock out.
You can clock in and out or take a break in the Workday widget.
Admins can disable worktime tracking for specific employees or departments via account settings. Individual schedule exceptions are also configurable.
