Malnutrition is a cellular balance between supply of nutrients and energy
Most families preferred foods high in fat ,sugar and salt as are cheap and readily available
inadequate food consists of a balance of nutrients
Energy is only needed for repair and building of tissues
If energy is an inadequate (not enough) this will effect on action of heart and lungs function
