SOCADEL would like to inform its dear customers that maintenance work on the distribution network will disrupt power supply in some areas in Edea, as follows :
*Tuesday 15 and Wednesday 16 September 2026 from 06:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.* :
📌*in and around Bisseke, Mbanda école, Mbanda États-Unis, Mbanda terminus, Mbanda antenne, and Hôtel le Lys;*
*Thursday 17 September 2026 from 06:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.* :
📌*in and around Saint palmier;*
*Friday, 18 September 2026 from 06:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.* :
📌*in and around _Gare voyageurs_;*
These interruptions are necessary to enable technicians work safely.
We would like to thank you for your patience amid the inconvenience and recommend that you

➡️ unplug all sensitive appliances and plug them back only 15 to 20 minutes after the effective return of power.

SITUATION DU SERVICE À DOUALA
Bonjour chers clients,
Ce mardi, la situation du service électrique dans la ville de Douala est perturbée .
❗️ Les travaux de SONATREL pour le remplacement du transformateur défectueux au poste source de Koumassi, à l’origine des perturbations observées dans la zone Sud de Douala, débutent ce jour.
En attendant la résolution complète de la situation, une alimentation par rotation, d’une durée moyenne de 6 heures, est opérée dans les zones concernées.
❗️ Par ailleurs, la saturation du poste de Bekoko continue de limiter les capacités de transit, entraînant des rationnements dans certaines zones.
✅ SOCADEL veille à l’avancement des interventions et au rétablissement progressif de l’alimentation dans les zones encore impactées.

En raison des contraintes de transport, notamment au niveau du poste de Bekoko, des rationnements se poursuivent dans certains quartiers :

Boadibo, Babinga, Bekoko, International Brasseries, Bodjongo et environs, ainsi que d’autres industriels.
📌 de 16H00 à 00H00:
Bekoko, Minkwelle, Bomono et environs.
📌 de 16H00 à 00H00:
Nestlé, Saveur d’Afrique, Every Well, Isenbek, CIAC, Minkwelle, Bepele, MTN, Pasta, Bonendale, Lana Cosmétique, Abattoir, Ndobo et environs.
